The hotel is an average 3 star hotel, with staff that dont care and are not bothered to assist with your needs from the reception desk, bell boys, maintenance and housekeeping. The hotel was over run by a bunch of thugs and the staff did nothing to stop them. Location is near to haram for salah but a bit of...

Stayed there for a couple of days in March 2012 with my family. Nice hotel with comfy beds and clean bathroom. They gave water in bottles and small orange cupcakes that tasted so good in the room. I didn't eat their breakfast because my travel was arranged by agent so my family and I always eat the food served by...

The decor of the rooms was nice; with amenities including a safe and fridge. Housekeeping was excellent; the...

We recently stayed in this hotel for four nights. This (and almost all other hotels in that area) cater the needs of pilgrims, who visit the city to go to the Prophet’s mosque. So, location is an important consideration and this hotel is suitably located near the mosque. It is just five minutes walk to the mosque compound. There is...

The hotel is next to the haram and takes about 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel door to the entrance of Masjid An Nabawi. It is away from the busy market and shopping centres which is a plus point at peak times as you do not need to fight thorugh the crowds to get into the hotel. Although the restaurants...

Nice hotel, 2 mins from masjid nabwi, but no restaurants or fastfood nearby. Some staff are rude and do not cater for room service properly, and also would not acccept their mistakes and apologise. Wifi onky available in lobby and later on this was switched off too. Continental breakfast was good.

Decent location - 5 min walk to masjid. Beds the $50 at the market variety with broken springs, rooms clean but smokey and pull back the bed frame to find weeks of tissues etc. Electrical outlet exploded into pieces, on a plus - ac cold in entire hotel - breakfast yuck - poor selection and quality.
