Upon arrival hotel very busy lots of luggage all over and people sitting in the foyer. Rooms are big and bathroom is comfortable. No wi fi in your room you have to go down to the reception area. Close to haram, and budget friendly hotel. 5 mins walk to inside the haram premises. No facilities for lunch and dinner. Normal Breakfast, doesn't have much items. market and restaurants are walk-able

The hotel has agreed to allow early check in,but when I arrived at 9am, was told to wait till 12.Bring cash;I mean plenty of them as this hotel doesn't has credit card/debit card facility(which was not stated upon reservation).Sorry for the visitors who came all the way outside of saudi arabia.The nearest ATM is 10mins away by walking and sorry...

It was a good hotel, but very little things made a lil bit uncomfortable, there are only 2 elevarors serving all guests, and 2 elevators for staff members and service things, they serve a good food by the way

No cattle in the room no lunch or dinner to buy by any means. Two elevators out of order. At the end no room cleaning. No towels change. No baggage service. AC not good no shuttle bus to any where. Staff very bad.
