After asking for toilet paper with my phone and front desk attended I still did not get toilet paper as promise by her.Bad service Room was clean, good A,C. Television did not work. Breakfast was ok. Bed was hard and I can fill the springs.

This hotel is not big and quiet confusing on their hotel number, let say you stay room number 321, but you must press number 4 in the lift. So, you must go down by stairs to level 3. I cant imagine if you have a lot of things to carry. I advise you to check with the reception about your...

We stayed here on 26 December to 1 January 2013. Everything looks simple and their lobby is quite simple as well. Guilin people do not speak English, therefore it is quite hard to communicate with them.
