Our family of four stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean, quite and breakfast was good but not included. Near the Muslim Quarter and all transportation to the Terracotta Warriors. Good rooftop garden, sauna and music on certain nights. Skip the quided tour and transportation offered by the hostel and walk to the main square to catch the bus...

We States for two Nights in a private double room. The room was good, warm and clean. Nothing to complain about. The hostel is in a quite side street and therefor not loud at night. Good location very close to the bell tower. Very satisfied.

Not good value for me as I was there on China's golden week, hence all accommodation prices doubled up. Overall it's a good hostel to stay. Staff are friendly, few of them speak fairly good English. Was quite fond of the rooftop are where there's a pingpong table there. They have internet services, WIFI, ticketing services, tour agency and laundry...

Stayed there 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The wooden fire pizzas as well as the nice basement bar were the 2 highlight of our stay. Not to mention, the proximity to the city wall access for a nice panoramic view of Xian at night... Would love to go back!

Hang Tan Inn is a great place to stay. However, before I go any further I must say: DON'T EAT THE MUFFINS, APPLE PIE, CHEESECAKE OR ANYTHING ELSE IN THE FRIDGE BY THE BAR. The bottled drinks are fine. In the four days we stayed there the same produce was in the fridge every day. I don't even know it...

Food here is good but for people on a budget, it isn't as cheap as other hostels. We really liked the bar area and common room, and the roof top garden is impressive. Every day they had a sign up for an evening activity but they never actually happened. Although, I understand in November it's a bit out of season,...

I was there only for one night. Best value for money, nice room, very small bathroom though. Everything clean, great and comfortable lobby, free welcome coffee and free pick-up from the train station! Very friendly and helpful staff: they booked a cab for me at five in the morning. And, I arrived there at 9am and could still join the...

The Han Tang Inn is a very good place to stay in Xi'an. I had a private double with two twin beds, and found the room to be very comfortable (except the pillows), quiet, and clean. The ensuite bathroom was modern and clean. All the staff are friendly with pretty good English. They're helpful and accommodating. The location is down...

I stayed here in September in a private twin room and had a great time. The rooms were nicer than most hotels and the staff were really helpful. They put on great entertainment and are right in the city center (near the bell and drum towers and Muslim quarter). The free wifi is great too and the bar serves loads...

We stayed in a six bed dorm room - our first dorm of the trip so we were a bit apprehensive! The room was fairly small but had enough room to move around with an en suite bathroom - western toilet that was clean although did flood every time someone had a shower it fairly quickly dried up. The hostel...
