The hotel is big and has a Chinese stile appearance, with an elegant lobby. The location is in one of the main streets in the city, 10 minutes walk from the bell tower pagoda in the city center. There are many shops, restaurants, and shopping centers nearby and the streets are loaded with lots of people and cars. Our room...

Stayed here for two nights in November as part of a tour package. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast (included with our tour) was excellent: a large variety between Western type and Asian foods. The hotel was conveniently located within the Xian old city wall. It was a walkable distance...

My wife planned the whole trip. This hotel has exceeded my expectation (I had low expectation to start with). The location is very good and it has a feature of modern big hotel. Only disappointment was the absence of pool. Breakfast was nice. We have had coffee at the cafe with some cookies. It was nice. I am quite pleased...

My niece and I were glad that we only stayed here one night. The air conditioner did not blow cool air. Breakfast was so so. The room was not very big. It had a small refrigerator and a small safe. There was a small TV but had no channel that we care to watch. We ran out of tissue paper...

The hotel is in a good location not far from the bell tower at the centre of the city walls. There was building work going on outside the hotel which meant the view wasn't great, but there wasn't any noise so we weren't affected. The hotel had a great buffet restaurant where you could get breakfast or tea and try...

This was the nicest hotel during our stay in China (booked through our tour company, Odyssey). The lobby is nice and offers free wi-fi. (Wifi is less common in hotel rooms in China). The breakfast was wonderful and offered items for Westerners - boiled and fried eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, breads etc. The location was great and close to...

We booked one room for three adults and were given a nice room with one double bed and a rollaway bed suitable for a child. Upon sitting on the extra bed, it completely collapsed! We went down to the desk to explain our problem and the manager didn't understand that the bed was too small. He took us to a...

Conveniently in the downtown area that earns a five star rating. Breakfast buffets have something for everyone and then some -- both Western and Chinese. Food and fruits are fresh. A nice garden on the back side ... take walk around and then go out the back gate to a beautiful, classical park/garden with all the key elements of rocks,...

Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were hard but that was expected. The breakfast buffet was very impressive and beyond expectations. Unfortunatly there is no Wi-Fi in the guest rooms just the lobby. Our room was at the front of the hotel and very noisy. There is a bus stop right out front and it seemed as if...

This hotel is amazingly impressive on entry, very grand in a run down city. Staff very friendly, room comfortable, breakfast good & nice coffee bar. Near to attractions but be carful crossing road as no one cares. Try out the dumpling buffet on the top floor of the De Fa Chang restaurant near in the Muslim quarter next to Starbucks....
