Apparently this place has other names, but that's what was printed on the breakfast napkins....most of our tour group reckoned this was the best hotel of our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh-ground coffee.

Took me awhile to find this hotel on TripAdvisor to actually write this review, the hotel is known as Grand Dynasty Culture Hotel.
Hotel was nice, room comfortable, however the heat was crazy. Thermostat couldn't be turned down so made for an uncomfortable stay.
Stayed here 2 nights recently to visit Terracotta Army.
Not many staff spoke English but the rooms were comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast buffet was good. Nice bar.

The three pronged has one horizontal flat prong on the top and two flat prongs on the bottom angled outward. Google China Plug for photo. Most hotels will have both at the writers desk in the room with the three pronged for the lights and other wall plugs.

terribly sorry can't help, we were driven around in a private coach. however given the state of the traffic, your idea of using public transportation will save you many "hours" of frustrating travel. have a great trip
