Stayed here recently while on a work trip. Hotel was extremely nice and had great amenities. Room was pretty large with comfortable bed. The round sphere was a very unique layout and added a lot of character to the hotel

Had no idea I was staying in a golden ball! Was a great experience. Nearby architecture and shopping mall kept the time from slowing down. Quite far from hotel. I had a wonderful first time in Hangzhou. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing building, the staff can speak quite well English and the rooms are great. A very nice surrounding area to take a walk or jogging in the morning.

There is help with transport at the airport and they speak English of a sort. If you have the hotel name written down in English and do a google translate to Chinese that should be sufficient to pass to a taxi driver anyway... More

If you have the hotel name written down in English and do a google translate to Chinese that should be sufficient to pass to a taxi driver anyway. Its quite a way from the airport I seem to remember - about 40 minutes by car.
