Just finished 3 days in this hotel. Originally booked through E-LONG but had MAJOR problems with ELONG NOT helping with the original booking and our booking was cancelled.
Anyway, tried to call Elong to help sort it out, but they didn't do ANYTHING!!!Useless ELONG!! So much for customer service...
Anyway, the reception at the hotel called Elong to try and see if they would help, but knowing that Elong wasn't going to help, went out of their way to give us a discounted 4 star room at the Internet price of RMB338 WITH 2 breakfasts....meant to be 388.
Let me just say that this IS DEFINITELY a 4 star Hotel....

The rooms for the 4 star side is excellent and clean and well maintained and stocked. If you needed anything, they were there to help as soon as possible, however, you may need to be able to speak Chinese. If not, there are a few at reception who can speak English pretty well.
