My wife and I stayed for 7 nights at the end of January/early February. The trip was for snowboarding at Kokusai and we wanted a hotel within easy of the Kokusai bus stops and the train station. The Century Royal hotel met both of our requirements very well. The Century Royal Hotel is almost perfectly placed, very close to the...

My friends and I spent 5 nights in Sapporo during the recent Snow and Ice Festival. Century Royal Hotel is in a great area. Right beside the JR station and has an underground connection to the hotel and the shopping centers beside it. This includes JR Tower, Stellar Place, Daimaru, Apia and ESTA. There were probably more places but we...

I moved to Stockholm from Sapporo when I retired in 2013. Since then I visit Sapporo a couple of times a year and Century Royal Hotel is our "home" then. We stay a couple of weeks each time but the hotel makes us feel really "at home". This time was partly the Chinese new year. According to the hotel manager,...

I'd describe this hotel to be slightly above a 3 star hotel, with a great location right next to Sapporo's main train station & bus station. SIZE We booked a deluxe twin room & it came very decently sized. We were 2 adults travelling with 4 big luggage, cartons of potato farm & 2 big duffel bags - no issue...

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. We checked in to Century Royal Hotel on 29 Dec. As this was our last stop having travelled to Tokyo and other parts of Hokkiado, we have 5 big luggages with us. In order to reach the hotel, it was either to drag the luggages in the snow or use...

The front desk staffs are very helpful to offer us a extra night for 27000yen. Consider is xmas week that's is very reasonable. The hotel room is not that big but it got...

In general Japanese hotels tend to be on the high side especially if you value space and travel in bigger groups. I travel with my 12 year old son and husband so we require a bit more bed space to sleep comfortably. I booked into the corner room and requested for an extra bed. There's a living room space plus...

Hotel can be accessed directly via the underground pedestrian mall. Rooms, though small, are very clean and very well equipped with all amenities. Tried the Japanese set breakfast on the first day and the buffet breakfast on the second day. Would definitely recommend the Japanese breakfast for the food, ambience and personal service.

Staff at the reception knows English and Chinese so communication is not a problem. Traveled as two adults and two young children and stayed at a deluxe twin room with sofa bed. It was just nice. Room was quite newly renovated i believe. It is also not too small. There's also a small dressing room within the room. I also...
