Great location and the room is very clean. The staff is very nice and could speak Chinese. However, the facility is a little old and though it has free wifi in room, the signal is not strong and disconnected several times. In addition, the parking fee is expensive comparing to hotels near by.

Location is the best thing you can walk around to shopping @ Tanuki Koji 5 minute walk also the hi light attraction Sapporo Ramen street ,clock tower or Odori park and red brick government building by walk. Room is small as usual in Japan but clean and staff very nice but they speak very less English.

We had two nights here before and after going out to the snow resorts. Three big guys in a triple share room with three board bags no worries. The reception staff were super helpful. Limited English but it didn't affect our stay in anyway. We would have no issues staying here again.

I stayed 3 nights at Sapporo Tobu Hotel. Just a mere walking distance to subway station, shopping area and many other places like Odori Park and Nijo Market. Heading to the airport is also convienient because the bus stop is just a few blocks away. The room is clean and tidy.Reception service during check in and out is very good.... More

It was our second stay at Sapporo Toby Hotel. This is a very convenient hotel with clean and confortable rooms. If you are looking for a good place to stay at a walking distance from downtown Sapporo, you'll be satisfied. The look of the hotel is more western than Japanese although. Staff speaks barely English. They offer 15 000JPY parking... More

Visiting Sapporo is a must in winter esp during the Sapporo Snow Festival. This cozy little hotel is situated walking distance from the main attractions and metro stations. It's not cheap though (nothing in Japan is, really). But it was nice and convenient, offers good breakfast, has a stylish lounge upstairs that overlooks the city.

Just located beside Nijo market and opposite the shopping arcade! Easily access via subway. Free wifi. Room is comfortable for 3 pax where each of us got a single bed. Bathroom is big if compare to some other hotels. The room size also allowed us to open our luggage. Overall, worth the price!

For the price we paid, I was half expecting a tiny room but was pleasantly surprised that it was roomy enough for 3 (Asian) adults to get by for 4 nights. Bathroom was clean and not lacking the modern Japanese frills to help you clean up. Single beds were comfy. Asking directions in English from the staff took a little... More
