We decided to stay for a night at the Cross hotel, mainly because of the good reviews on the tripadvisor. Our stay with the hotel with at most mediocre. We struggled to check in due to the language barrier - the receptionist had only very basic English. The rooms were very small - too small to have 2 suitcases open...

Stayed in the single executive room on the 17th floor for 4 nights. The room itself was very spacious. The bathroom was maybe a little dated. It was located outside the lift which meant a bit of noise but I'm a heavy sleeper. Location is convenient for nearby restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions. The underground walkway is only a block...

Right downtown, short walks to wonderful food, taxi ride to Mt Miowa Gondola, and taxi ride to Sapporo Beer Museum. We came in on train from airport and it was a very short walk to the hotel. Great staff. Very clean. I will definitely stay here when we return!!

Located 5 minutes walk from JR station this hotel with roof top Japanese Baths is excellent. Breakfast offers a wide selection of food both Western and local. Rooms are big with everything you'd expect.

The hotel is 5th on TripAdvisor, so I decided to stay imagining it was great. Besides the fact it looks very modern at first, you'll soon realize that it is the o only good attraction. The hotel is a bit dark, mostly decorated in black colors. The rooms were pretty dirty. I started sneezing after few minutes in it. It...

Stayed three nights in Cross Sapporo, very good location just about 10 minutes walk from Sapporo Station. We stayed in a room for four, which the room size is bigger than most of the hotels in Japan downtown. Very easy to travel to different spots on foot, and staffs at the front desk are nice and helpful. The public bath...

We have stayed in a different hotel each year on our way into the ski areas. The Cross Hotel is a favourite Within walking distance of Sapporo JR station, restaurants, shops and attractions nearby The rooms are small, but spotless and comfortable The breakfast buffet, included in our tariff was delicious. Loads of choice and excellent staff Parking was simple...

Nice modern boutique hotel in a good location. Nothing particularly good / bad but a few points of note: -Room was a a little cramped / tight. We were in a double, and the beds took up almost the entire room. I.e. There isn't enough floor space to open up a large suitcase. - Best part of hotel was the...

It's our second stay at this hotel and is the best location in terms of walking proximity to some attractions and the JR station. Glad the room size is bigger than the previous as I have a toddler with me, which gives more walking space plus bigger bed. The only qualm is no washing machines for laundry at hand.

We're very pleased with the quality of the hotel. Impressed by its cleanliness. I especially love the coffee grinder with fresh coffee beans. It was a nice touch. Location is good. Parking at hotel is easy. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Onsen on 18th floor was not to our expectation 'cause we had experienced better ones at other...
