The Back of the hotel opens into the Tanukikoji Shopping Street right where it bisects the Pole Town underground mall, so you don't have to be subjected to the elements even in the dead of winter. Reasonable rates and nice rooms. Lots of shopping and eating places in all directions. In the heart of the Susukino entertainment district.

We stayed at this hotel during the Snow Festival and couldn't have asked for a better location. Smack in the middle of the 2 festival sites (Odori Park for snow sculptures, and Susukino for ice sculptures), each located within 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel itself was very easy to find whether walking above ground or from the underground pathway (via...

The location is excellent. Right at the heart of everything and everywhere you need and want as a tourist, i.e. food, train is just downstairs, shopping. The room is also of good size. Clean but room has a window with no view which doesn't matter. It didn't make me feel claustrophobic. I strongly encourage you to take a taxi from...

Spent a couple of nights here with my son over Christmas. Great location with lots of shopping, restaurants and transport close by. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Perfect if you're looking for a simple well priced hotel. Very clean, great beds and pillows for a perfect night sleep. Not much of a view and designed for business travelers...

It's located at the shopping street and amazingly it's not noisy. Staffs are friendly. It's so near Pole Town that links to the JR station. We are spoilt with food. Souvenir shop is just opposite. You can get practically everything there. (save your trouble to carry from chocolate factory and etc) Room was clean.. if only it can be a...

As the title suggests, this hotel is located along the Tanukikoji street which is along the route between the JR Sapporo station and the Susukino district. It is well connected by the Subway system, and you can also reach it by walking through the underground walking passage (approx. 15 min from JR Sapporo). The rooms were rather comfortable and the...

Booked a triple room for 4 nights. Very clean and nice - very good housekeeping. The size of the room is just nice for a couple with a toddler. The hotel is located at the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. WIFI is good. Breakfast is good. Plus the laundry facilities (level 10 & 6) too which allowed me to happily do my...

The hotel is a big 10 storey hotel very well located. There is laundry facilities and I enjoyed the breakfast every day (not too extravagant, but a nice spread). The cleaning staff seem to be cleaning from early morning to late in the afternoon, a very meticulous cleaning operation compared to England! Not a speck of dust in sight. Also,...

First quick review is the superb LOCATION. Really a great base for your Sapporo journey: 1. Located just around center between Sapporo Station, Odori and Susukino. So you have access to Toho, Tozai, and Nanbuko subway line 2. Just above the Sapporo Ekimae-dori underground walkway (Chi-Ka-Ho). This means, if you are bound from Sapporo Station, unwanting to take a taxi...

Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave good tips on where to eat. Help with getting around the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location in the middle of town was easy to walk to everything. Don't expect that the staff speaks English or any other language other than Japanese, but they were still very helpful.
