This hotel is located downtown, very close to JR Sapporo Station. The room is quite small as many Japanese hotels so really not a surprise, but the beds are big and comfortable. There are three restaurants for you to choose your breakfast, one Western, one Japanese and one light breakfast. Spacious underground parking is available and the fee can be...

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is near the Sapporo Train station, It is also very convenient to walk around the downtown areas. I did not feel the bell service. Breakfast was basically Japanese. Room was Japanese size, which I expected. Thanks to the fact the Hokkaido is such a beautiful place, the hotel although very average...

Too bad the rooms are not as expansive as that lobby! My single room was really cramped. You could not open the door if you put the suitcase on the valet where it was placed by the door. The only place the valet fit was at the foot of the bed, but that made it difficult to access what little...

ANA is usually a trusted brand, however made the mistake of not checking reviews online before I booked ANA hotel sapporo. Didn't sleep for 2 days due to old cheap mattresses where you sleep basically on the coils. The room smelled old and was worn down and dirty. The price was about 170 USD per night but like if it...

Breakfast selection and quality is superb. What I do not like is the size of the room for three people. Very very very small. We have to take turns to unpack our luggages (such a hassle). Even of two people stay there, it is still considered compact!

"It's not an Intercontinental, but it is" says the front desk. Well, as an affiliated hotel, we expected a clean room. The first room we assigned to we could barely move in, and it was a very very tired room. Not ok for two ladies with a huge luggage. So they kindly moved us to a bigger room the rest...

Check in and check out was seamless but the quality of room was quite surprising for ¥33000. The room was not only small but the bedding had a musty smell. According to TripAdvisor it has free parking. This is inaccurate. We were charged ¥1500 for overnight parking at the check out.

The hotel is a 5 min walk from train station and is very clean and tidy. Rooms had well stocked toiletries but the air con was not very good which didn't matter really as Sapporo was very cool. The breakfast buffet is excellent but go early as it can get very busy.

Our travel agent booked this hotel for my first night in Sapporo, which was also my first trip to Japan ever. I've stayed three times in three years for business. The hotel is dated, the rooms are small and have not been updated. Everything is clean, as you would expect from all Japanese business hotels, but this hotel is far from charming. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Location is OK but there's not much around.
