Enroute to Club Med from Cairns. Decided to stay in Sapporo for two nights and take in the sights. Family of 5, kids slept on futon in a traditional Japanese dinning room. It was a brilliant experience, very handy to subway which takes you into Odori Park and snow festival preparations, and train line to airport. Large shopping centre linked...

We both really enjoyed our time at this hotel. Only two complaints, 1. They confirmed a spa reservation at 10:30 PM and 2. One English station like CNN or ability for English subtitles would be fantastic. The level of service and attentiveness was superb. The spa was very enjoyable. You should go at least twice just for the baths, sauna,...

A general city hotel suit for different purpose. Just beside New Sapporo Station. The room space is average / appropriate. The onsen area is grand with sufficient amenities. However, it is a western style, jacuzzi, sauna (wet and dry) rather than traditional Japanese one. There is a misty wind spa. It operates from 11:00 am only. No morning session at...

Very convenience & easy access to subway in Sapporo (East-West Line), and very close to a huge shopping mall & complex. The hotel room has very beautiful view on higher floors, and comparatively is large. The service is very good. Will definitely stay in this hotel again if travel to Sapporo again,

The hotel is situated in between a JR train station and the subway metro Tozai line. Works perfectly for us who did not drive and depended heavily on transport. There is a 7-eleven, Lawson, 2 supermarkets, 4 shopping complexes within 3 minutes walking distance. The service is impeccable, the breakfast was scrumptious, no complains at all!

The location is close to station and shopping mall, and parking is free as well. The view from room is nice. The paid public bath is large and clean. The breakfast is good with lots of local produces. But the room is a but dated and noisy.

The hotel is right outside the exit from Shin-Sapporo station and a quick ride to Sapporo station downtown. The train from Hakodate stops at Shin-Sapporo first before Sapporo so it was easy to hop off and drop my bags with the JR pass. Buses in the station will also take you to the historical village of Hokkaido. Reception kept my...

This hotel looks great from outside and the common areas are good, but the rooms are old and need updating, starting with the carpet, which has stains on them. They also don't have a gym, it would be a good addition.

This hotel is convenient to train, subway, and hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are relatively clean, however the room decor is a bit old, run down and items are outdated, such as the water purifier and toilet washlet, which could not be used properly and was leaking. I feel that the hotel price was a bit high...

We stayed in this hotel when we visited the Yuki Matsuri Snow Festival in Sapporo in February. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is popular for weddings so it has it's own chapel and a wonderful pastry shop. The hotel has 2 towers, each with it's own set of elevators. The hotel has...
