Great location. Very attentive service by all staff at any level. Rooms large for Japanese standard. Strong and plentyful hot water. Strangely offering twin beds only, but they can be easily joined. Heating works by way or air conditioning which is not my favourite. Quite dry at night. Did not try the restaurant. Highly recommended.

The hotel is just minutes away from Odori subway station (exit 3) which is between Sapporo and Susukino subway station. Walking to Sapporo JR and susukino for shopping via the underground walkway is very doable. It is also walkable to Nijio market and the Tanukikoji street. Aiport limousine bus stop is also minutes away. However, with regard to the hotel...

I spent two nights in this hotel recently. The room was huge with a half-decent view of the mountains. It had all the mod-cons: a touchpad phone, a TV with a remote control, and a minibar with overpriced snacks. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Internet (I didn't use the WiFi) was fast and reliable, the flat-screen TV was decent...

Not so new but still easy and convenient location within 5mins drive from the main train station. Located to nearby malls and shops, also walking distance to touristic locations such as old brick government house and clock tower. The room is quite spacious but the bed is a bit hard. Shower was find. Overall good priced hotel.

Okura Sapporo may have had its hey days, but it's just an average old hotel today. I was very surprised by how old the room is and how plain the facilities are when I first entered my room. With the price Okura is charging, you will get much better room; or, I am quite sure, you can get similar room...

About 3min walk to Odori station and Odori park. Odori station is linked to Sapporo station so it was splendid for us who took Japan Rail quite often, as well as took the train to the airport. Breakfast was a choice of Western buffet or Jap breakfast set. We loved both as they serve quality and fresh foods. Room was...

We stayed at the Okura Hotel for 4 nights over christmas and I have to say it was one of the greatest disappointments I have experienced for a long time. For a brand that once prided itself on outstanding service and amenities this hotel is a shinning example of how to stuff a brand. While the rooms are large, they...

he hotel is located next to Ou-douri-Park in the center of Sapporo. The room is clean. Staff is professional with the mind of taking care of any issues. The bed is very hard. Since I had the back problem, I felt that it is too hard for my back. The staff tried to find the soft bed in other hotels...
