Stayed here for a few days on a recent business trip. This hotel presents a mix of very strong attributes and some that will be less inviting for some travelers. It's definitely worth considering, especially for leisure travelers, and given its central location, particularly so if your itinerary is focused in the city center or you will not have a...

Stayed here a few times, and it well located. Within a short walk of the main train station, and almost if not actually above the underground walkway. The room was generally okay, however could do with an update. Bathroom was likewise okay. Breakfast is fantastic to say the least. Front of house are an assest to the Hotel.

This hotel was quite lovely. It had large rooms with a small couch, chair and a desk. The bathrooms were also large enough for two people. The breakfast was included and wonderful. There was a very large selection of western and Japanese breakfast items including the much appreciated salad and raw veggies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our recent trip to Hokkaido. Great location, minutes away from plenty of shopping spots like Parco, Don Quijote, and Toyku Hands as well as many restaurants. The Odori subway station is also conveniently located near by (~6 min walk). However, the hotel itself could use a little work. The lobby was very nice...

I would say that d location is great n d hotel is linked to the Sapporo JR station via the underground walkway that u can easily take in the hotel from the room all the way to B1. Im concerned about how accessible it is to strangers too as the older wing you do not need an access card. Rooms...

I arrived at the hotel at about 1300 and was informed that my room would not be ready until 1500. This was a major issue as I had to get changed and attend a conference (where I was to deliver a presentation) by 1500. After some discussion a room was magically found that was supposedly the same standard as the...

Stayed here upon arrival in Sapporo, the location is not too far from the station if you walk from the ground but when you are underground, the walk seems really far. There are a lot of restaurants and café around the hotel so it is very convenient. I booked for 3 person in a room and they said the original...

We booked 5 nights (with breakfast) through hotels.com for their Japanese style room. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (5 & 2). However, we had an unpleasant encounter when we were checking into the hotel. We were told that our booking does not include breakfast for my kids and we have to pay 1400yen for my...

We stayed there four nights and our room was in the main tower. The room was very tiny and it had old antique furnitures which look different from when I made the booking online. Thankfully when I complained the next day they moved us to a different room in the newer tower, more spacious and modern with coffee machine and...

We stayed here for 2 nights after skiing in Niseko and wanted to see Sapporo and the ice festival. Big plus of this hotel is the location and convenience - Starbucks is just next to the hotel and there is a connector just outside the hotel where you can walk underground towards the JR station and all the shops. We...
