Great location. Easily accessible to most places of interest by foot, not more than 45 mins. Carpark is available at 1500yen per day, regardless of the no of times you are in and out, depending if they are available. Otherwise there is a multi-storey carpark next door. Just a caution in the room though. Unless you are used to the...

The hotel location is great. A block away from the Susukino station, two stops from the JR station, the Kokusai ski bus picks up and drops off at the hotel, walking distance to the Susukino and Odori Park snow festival displays, restaurants, convenience stores. The room was clean, had a coffee maker, refrigerator, comfortable bed, fresh pajamas provided every night....

Located in a great spot in Susukino, walking distance to so many eating places, shops and bars. 1 min walk to the underground station. Very convenient. We stayed in one of their small rooms because everything else was booked out. So we expected the room to be tiny which it is. If you have large luggage pieces, you'll be struggling....

Lady Staff is absolutely no manners at all. Had request to swap with non smoking room, the staff look pissed off and totally impolite at all. Rude at the most. Been Travelling over 40 countries and Sapporo for more than 5 times. Such a disappointment with a good location but attitude from such lady Japanese staff. Shame on you.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room is decent sized, comfortable bed and pillow. Staff (depending on which shift) speaks workable english. The hotel is in a good location called Susunoki, which is 2 stations from Sapporo JR station but still within a busy district with lots of shops and restaurants. We were given a room facing the lift lobby...

Can't say anything much about the hotel besides its superb cleanliness and friendly staffs. I like the fact that this hotel is located 2 minutes away from Susukino Station and there are hundreds of restaurants as well as entertainments to choose from within the area. Tokyu Rei Hotel also makes sure that every single guest sleeps comfortably. The room is...
