My family occupied 2 triple rooms at high floor for 2 nights on 27/12 to 29/12. The room is very clean, spacious and very roomy toilet. The room equipped with capsuled coffee machine for their quest. The staff are friendly and location is strategic near to convenient stores and restaurants. Parking is fixed at 1000 yen per stay regardless of...

View from the room towards the winter wonderland in the park is beautiful. Easy to access via Nakajima Koen station. There's a free return shuttle to Sapporo station but not frequent. Walking through the park in the winter is lovely. Compact bathroom but clean. Comfortable beds.

Hotel is quite well located and not too far from city centre. Room is clean but a little small. Adequate for 2 person. Toilet is a little small though. Buffet breakfast selection is not great but is still acceptable. Tv has no international channel.

The hotel just changed its name from Novotel Sapporo to Premier Hotel Nakajima Park Sapporo. I stay at this hotel every year, particularly for the Snow festival. I love the location. There are also great memories for me walking through Nakajima Park at night with a beautiful woman I met back in 2006. The staff at the Hotel are excellent....

I was staying here when it still branded under Novotel. I was staying in the Premier Twin room. The room was heated as it was January with heavy snow outside. But it was a little bit stuffy. The hotel and the room is a little bit outdated, where I discovered they are now doing some renovation. It might be better...

The front desk at Novotel were one of the most friendly staff we met throughout our trip to Japan in February. Great room as well! We had a deluxe twin at level 17 with a great view of the Nakajima Park. Lovely hotel with great staff!

At first, I thought that Novotel Sapporo was just like any other Novotel elsewhere, but this was different. As I checked in, my family was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff/front desk. The room was very cozy and nice. Bathroom was big and it was nice that we the water was drinkable. I'm also impressed with the...

After a long day touring the city, we (2 couples) went up to the Bar 21 for a nice cold beer. The bar area was small and 2 tables at the windows were "reserved". Throughout our stay, these tables remained unoccupied. While the beer prices were decent, we were slapped with a bill listing a "table charge" of 1080 yen...

As I have heard that room sizes in Japanese hotels are typically small, I made it a point to choose rooms that are relatively larger than the average. And Novotel Sapporo offered a 22 sq m room in standard. Lucky for us, we were further upgraded. We had a really large room with a beautiful view of the park. The...
