We stayed here overnight and, with the hotel lobby access right on the station, it great. The room was great and the staff were extremely helpful. Whilst this tripwas only for one night,we hope to stay here again for an extended period,

Stayed 2 nights at Hotel Granvia whilst in Hiroshima and can't reccomend it more. Excellent location within walking distance from Hiroshima station and the adjacent shopping complex. Excellent unfaultable service. Good room size with nice city views. Has all requirements inside room with options of additonal items on request. Good to see support of the environment by this hotel by...

Great stay. I slept here for two nights, using it as a base to explore Hiroshima and the surrounding areas. The room was excellent and very clean, and the hotel is connected to the train station which made it very easy to get around. The free loop shuttle leaves from right outside. The staff were amazing. I lost my JR...

Wow we're glad we could book here. We arrived on the Shinkansen and access to the hotel lobby is literally steps away from the platform on the north side of the station. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The bellman who escorted us to our room explained the amenities and services in English. Standard rooms are small as expected,...

Hiroshima station is under some renovation, so it was a little confusing when we got off the Shinkansen. The room is very comfortable & the toilet looks newly renovated. Check-in & out was pretty quick & there's a lot of brochures with information of the city.

Our Guide met us at Hiroshima Station as we got off the Shinkansen from Osaka. We walked off the platform and went up an escalator, passed many shops and restaurants in the station complex and seemingly under the same roof came into a large upmarket hotel foyer where our guide excused herself to go over to reception. We presumed she...

Booked direct on their website and our room and breakfast package was very reasonably priced. This hotel is directly connected to Hiroshima station and pretty easy to find. There was construction work in progress so these directions may change - if arriving on Shinkansen, once you exit the gates look for the information desk. There is a corridor on the...

Our visit was for three days two nights. Hotel Granvia is VERY easy to get to as it's literally next to the train station. The rooms are small but the bed was comfortable for the two of us. There's a grocery store across the street, it's an express store so has prepared foods and plenty of supplies that you may...

Found the Granvia to be very convenient as located just by the train station. Easy to use the local transport, i.e. the trams to get in to town, to see the bombed dome, art galleries and gardens. We were greeted by a very sweet girl, who took our very heavy cases to our room. The hotel lobby area looks very...

Great location in railway station. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good sized room. Nice night view from bar, drinks reasonably priced. Long walk to Shukkeien Gardens but worth it. Used sightseeing bus the Loop using our JR passes. Stop opposite Toshogu Shrine for a steep walk up to a view. If you can’t make the steps – go into the You...
