This hotel has several building with 3 onsen baths. The quality of onsen bath is great. They have Kinsen which is some kind of hot spring that good for women skin and neural diseases. My third visit to the same hotel in Arima. It was still as good as before. Clean facilities, wonderful hot springs, friendly staff and most of all, amazingly good food! Reasonably priced. Looking forward to returning for 1 or maybe 2 nights!

Generally, people in Japan are polite, but the staff here were super attentive. I stayed with my mother and grandparents and they were accommodating when my grandmother wanted to retire early.
