We had a really great time at Nishiyama Ryokan! Futon was comfortable. Breakfast was authentic and we were served in a dining room (tatami style), alongside 4 other tables only. Would highly recommend.

Small place, bathrooms too small for grownup europeans, too expensive for what we got. No dinner-restaurant even if the web said so. Good location. Personal could very little English but tried to communicate. A nice restaurant nearby Salao:very good!

No district of Kyoto is quite as representative of its

bring deal hunters and fashionistas out in droves to
peruse the clothing, accessories, gifts, and home
