    There is an email address but Trip Advisor blocks them being sent. If you email kyoto followed by a full stop then regency followed by the usual at sign then hyatt full stop and com That should allow you to ask the hotel... More

    I was there last month, I am sure they will have Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas dinner event, you can book ahead/advance to the hotel.

    I am usually using transfer service at the front desk with minimum charge. So you can ask them to sent your luggage to your next accommodation or anywarelse. Please ask Hyatt Regency to use Yamato Transfer Service or Sagawa... More
