A pretty hard to find hotel, but once you know it's place you'll find it a great location. It is just a few minutes walk to the next subway station. The rooms are big according to Japanese standards. The bathroom is really awesome. A major turn off is the breakfast, eventhough it is very well assorted. But you can not...

I just stayed about 5 days in Arietta Hotel Osaka, the experience was good, room size was not very small with big bathroom, room make-up service was satisfied, but the location of Arietta is the reason I love the most, it's really convenient to go USJ, umeda, shinsaibashi, namba and so on from hommachi station where Arietta located. We only...

This hotel is very central and provides a good service at a very good value . The rooms are clean and comfortable. Check in is 15.00pm which is always a pain . We arrived at 1pm and asked for a room , they panicked a little 3pm is 3pm in Japan . But they where very accommodating and let use...

Very clean, up-to-date, a couple of minutes from the subway. Not a big room but a tad roomier than the typical Japanese business hotel and a spacious bathroom for a Japanese hotel. Located in the business district between Umeda and Namba. If you like to walk, easily walkable to both districts. Yet the perfect hotel for the budget traveler. Unlike...

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. Arietta hotel is well-located. It's about 5 minutes from Hommachi station Exit 1 (exit left and head straight about two blocks) with easy access to the main shopping and dining areas of Umeda, Namba and Shinsaibashi. The hotel lobby is easily accessible via stairs and lift. The hotel itself is chic,...

It didn't start well, we couldn't find the hotel after exiting the metro station. Unfortunately the directions are given as "3 minutes walk from the exit" not helpful when you don't have wifi and don't know whether to turn left or right! My advice would be to preload google maps when wifi is available and then follow the blue dot....

The room was small and dingy. Smelt of smoke and the view outside was no existent. It was a construction site literally right outside so the sunlight was extremely limited. Although the location was convenient, that was about it. Most of the staff (although they cannot speak any english) were generally helpful, however, one receptionist was extremely rude and kept...

One block from the honmachi subway station-easy to reach from the shinkansen. The room (even tho it was a smoking room) did not smell at all like smoke, the windows do open-a blessing because some hotels seal them. Toiletries provided are amazing-full shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/razors/toothbrush-paste/makeup remover/hairbrush. The room was small-as most are in japan-but not uncomfortably so. Osaka castle/dontonburi and shopping areas/sumo...
