I chose this hotel because it is ca. 15 minutes walking distance to Namba station for going to the airport and because it has a Japanese bath. While I was very pleased with the location (FamilyMart on the ground floor, lots of restaurants like CoCo Ichibanya right down the street, Dotonburi/Shibsaibashi area in walking distance), I somehow felt the hotel... Stayed at this hotel for 2nights during my recent visit to Osaka. The room was pretty big considering it is Japan. I like the concept where there is a separate door to the bedroom from the toliet n wardrobe. I appreciate the translation prepared by the management for remote controls for aircond n tv. Staffs were friendly an attentive to... More

This was a good hotel, with nice, clean, big rooms for Japanese standard. They had BBC on TV which was nice and wifi worked well. Staff were friendly. I found the bed to be hard and could feel the springs a little. It is normal for beds to be hard in Japan, but this was a little harder than normal.... More

This hotel has great staff ready to assist and the rooms where specious, clean and comfortable. i was sick during my stay so i spent a bit of time inside enjoying the air con and big flat screen TV - there is also family mart down stairs. They held my bags for me at the end of my stay.

Building not very attractive, even if room was good, not very big but overall satisfactory. Not charming at all, probably rooms on main street not recommended due to traffic. Near subway station to Shin Osaka train station.

I have been to Japan 3 times and this is biggest room there is among the budget hotels. Room is clean and staffs provided good service. Location is also not too bad. Definitely value for money. Recommended if you're heading to Osaka for holiday.

This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. The location is OK -- a couple of blocks from the nearest subway station and within reasonable walking distance of the Dontonbori area. As many have stated, the beds are firm - not uncomfortable in my view, but definitely firm. The breakfast buffet was quite good.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night last August 2015. The room is clean, cozy, with internet access, flat- screen TV, minifridge, tea and coffeemaking equipments. The staff are friendly and speaks english well. This hotel is a 10-minute walk from Nankai-Namba train station, is a 14-minute walk from the vibrant Dōtonbori neighborhood and 10 km from Universal Studios... More

I visited this hotel from 17/05/2016 until 20/05/2016 The room is considerably bigger than other hotel at this price level. Room is clean and the room configuration is amazing. There are air purifier next to the queen sized bed Cons: they don't provide free bottle of water

We stayed for one night as our flight got in late and it was ok for that, but you wouldnt want to stay for longer as it is very cosy (but not capsule cosy) and we made the mistake of booking via booking.com. We could only select 1 person for the room and sent an email saying it was 2... More
