Stayed 5 nights in Courtyard room. It's a luxury to be greeted by a clean and spacious room with king bed in a land sacred city. The attached bath did not have a separate tub/shower area. The hotel is strategically located right outside of Shin-Osaka station North exit. With its close proximity to shinkansen, subways and JR lines means food...

Chose to stay at this hotel because of TripAdvisor reviews. However , one of the problems in taking the train in Japan is getting out of the train station at the correct exit. If you your destination is the other side of the train station, you might as well grab a taxi to get to the other side. Try finding...

I had stayed in the hotel for 4 nights during May. It was located near the Shin-Osaka Station within 10 minutes walk. Basically, the location was very convenient. The room was not very large, as the Japanese standard, but clean and comfy. I tried one of the restaurants one night, the food was OK but expensive. The staff was really...

We were able to walk to the front desk three minutes after stepping off the Shinkansen. In town to visit Universal Studios and its either 30 minutes by train or 40 minutes by car(depending on traffic). Friendly english speaking staff, good customer service and clean over all. The gym can support a solid workout, the lounge will close out the...

Fuji), yokohama, and shanagawa then used JR loop to go to Shinjuku...

We were taking a short vacation in the Sanyo region and decided to use the Courtyard at Shin Osaka station as our base since we'll use Shinkansen extensively. Since the first day of our stay coincided with my birthday, I asked the hotel about dinner and cake idea. Ms. Yano, the guest relation manager, was very helpful and recommended a...

We stayed in Osaka for two nights whilst touring Japan by train and were very happy with our choice. Staff were very friendly on arrival and the room was very nice. The hotel is located right by Shin-Osaka station making it easy to get to the centre of Osaka. The free bottled water in the rooms was useful and there...

The hotel has just been renovated and rebranded so everything is like new. Guest rooms especially bathrooms are quite big in size compared to other local hotels. Courtyard is about 100m next to the Shin Osaka JR train station, but not attached to it. So look for McDonalds in the station complex (L3), walk out and cross a bridge to...

Ideally located next to the Shin-Osaka station, I stayed there for 5 nights. The hotel is modern and features 2 restaurants. The teppanyki restaurant (quite expensive), as well as the bar are located at the top floor. Standard rooms are comfortable and the bathroom not too small as usually in Japan. Breakfast at the lobby level (Lavarock) is offering multiple...
