Booked the Shin-Osaka Station Hotel Annex basically because it was the only hotel that could guarantee a non-smoking room and wasn't a completely outrageous price for one-night. At the moment, due to station construction, you've got two choices for access: go the long way around which is about 10-15 minutes or take the pedestrian bridge over the train tracks- not...

We checked in to this hotel on 6 Feb 16. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was still spacious after the addition of a 3rd bed. The bathroom wasn’t very big but was equipped with the basic body and hair wash. This hotel is about a 10 mins’ walk with luggages from the Shin Osaka station. The walking directions...

I stayed at that hotel with my family of 4, which we enjoy it. Pros: clean & comfortable rest, good security, good food. No Cons actually, It is not far from Shin-osaka station but not near either. Around 6-7 mins walk. The station provides delicious and affordable small eat, which is cheaper than those in namba or shinsaibashi.

Clean, new, modern rooms. Slightly odd quiet location beside the tracks near Shin Osaka. Directions from station: take East Exit and once on the street, swing around to walk left along the quiet street parallel to the tracks and train platforms. Past an Indian restaurant and convenience store. From the East Exit, walking slowly, it's about 6 - 7 minutes....

Easy access from the station. Room a little on the small side but good value for money. I fell and twisted my ankle and the staff were so kind. Gave me an ice pack to help reduce the swelling and ordered me a takeaway so that I didn't have to find a restaurant and walk on it. Very, very helpful.

If you are leaving from the train station, make sure you take the correct exit. There are signs in English posted along the way. Reception staff were friendly, polite and helpful (like everywhere in Japan). I can't say what their English is like as my wife is Japanese and does all the talking (all the time..) Room was very clean...

Didn't know what to expect as on our trip to Japan we have experienced a variety of accommodation, so I was extremely pleased when entering my room here, it was easily the best room of the trip, lovely and clean, light and airy and not overly small. I don't expect any hotel room in Japan to be the size of...

Stayed in this hotel recently with family. The hotel is simple and clean but, far from Shin Osaka train station. If you are staying in this hotel with big family, think it twice. Because if you are carrying big luggage, there is no elevator. You need to use the one and only small lift with is located at an isolated...

The hotel was easily accessible from shin osaka station, about 10mins walk. The reception was very approachable and would even take an extra step to be of service to their guest: it was indeed a taste of japanese hospitality. The rooms we got were small, toilets were even smaller, but those were always kept clean by the maintenance. TV had...

Good value for money , breakfast you chose either western or japanese and there was plenty to eat. The rooms were clean. We stayed for two nights and chose this hotel because it was close to the railway station.

“I wanted a value-priced, clean, basic hotel near the shinkansen station in Osaka. This hotel met all my expectations. The breakfast was better than I expected.”

“when looking for the hotel, exit on the EAST GATEof the train station complex, cross the road and follow the pedestrian path along the railways. Walk for about two blocks and take note of the signage once you reach the Y-shaped road. Once you get here, get off the pedestrian path and follow the road beside it. do not turn left other wise you will reach the main hotel”
