The hotel was a two minute walk to USJ and located in the middle of city walk. Great for families if this is what you are there for. Its also easily accessible by metro. The rooms are smaller than the typical 'western' type room and the overall property was a bit dated/worn. But overall the stay was good and the...

We stay for a night in Keihan Universal Tower. We booked the quadruple room, its spacious, clean and modern. The staffs are friendly and the location is really good. Really near the station, lots of restaurants and shops in City walk in front of the hotel and walking distance to Universal Studio Osaka. In ground floor of the hotel you'll...

Rooms are good size (by jap standards), clean and comfortable. Fantastic location if you are intending to visit USJ which is only 5 mins walk. Cafes, shops and restaurants are found just outside the hotel. Quad sharing rooms are excellent choice for families. Good choice and value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located between the train station & Universal Studio with many eateries around. The hotel is big & seems to cater for stays for school trips! We had a quad room, though the 4th bed is in an awkward position, we were still able to open our 4 luggage (though a bit tight in walking space after...

The Good: Easy access to USJ and the chance to buy the entry ticket and express pass without having to queue up. JR station is just a step away. Lawsons downstairs is convenient (then again almost all hotels in Japan seem to have a Lawson, Family Mart and the likes a doorstep away). Love the toiletries - bathroom is well...

So, convenience to Universal and the subway is great, you just can't beat it. The staff are friendly and there's a ticket counter for the Universal theme park as well in the hotel (You need the express passes or you'll regret the experience. They can be purchased seperate to your general admission)The other positive is the overall cleanliness and decor. So...

Rooms were quite small and beds hard. For a luxury hotel there was no wifi in the rooms. When you pay over AUD200 per night this is a basic facility. Staff offered no compensation at all despite our request for a partial refund. We needed to contact families to let them know we were safe after an earthquake but were...

Great location with easy access by airport limo bus and subway. The Universal City subway station is next to the hotel and its a short, direct ride to Osaka Station. Rooms on the "renewal" (ie renovated?) floor are slightly more costly but they're on a higher floor (Room size is the same tho). There are 3 breakfast venues to cater...

One thing to note is that there are numerous hotel keihans and you could get lost on your first time in entering one. All of them are right next to each other and are all well situated Infront of universal studios Japan and what makes it better than just the theme park is just right outside your lobby is a...

Dear valued Guest, Thank you for staying here at Hotel Keihan Universal Tower. I have to appologize for the confusing location of our hotels. It is a fact that we have two Hotel Keihan branches around the area which usually confuse most of our guest. We are however delighted to read that you had enjoyed most of your stay in...

This hotel is very professional, clean, well-run and all that, but nothing extraordinary and it's quite pricey - thus, I would say it's a good choice mainly if your priority is Universal Studios. In that case, it's a good choice because you're just a five minute walk from the park entrance. Be aware that if you don't get a plan...
