I haven't been to them all so I can't say for certain. Hiro is a great guy. I stayed with him for 6 months! I should know. His rate is perfect enough to be both affordable.... yet keep out the riff-raff. Hiro keeps the place clean and tidy. When I was there, he allowed access to the laundry machines on...

Every time I come to Japan, I make sure I stop by Hiro's Guest House for a few days. Its got a good location in Osaka and is surrounded by many amenities. Hiro is always willing to share his knowledge of Osaka, in particular the surrounding suburb of Tsuruhashi. Hiro can tell you exactly where the good food is. I...

I stayed for a little over a week in Osaka. Hiro's Guest House is where I ended up spending my nights, since I wanted cheap accommodation, and it ended up being a fantastic decision. This is the place you pick if you are not only just looking for a place to check-in and spend the night, but you also want...

This was my second stay at Hiro's. I stayed only a week this time, and while the layout has changed a little, I still experienced all the good things I found at Hiro's last time: comfort, safety, delicious food a hop away, interesting conversation partners, and the most hospitable guest house owner in all of Osaka. To comply with standards,...

We stayed for four nights in the private double room at Hiro's Guest House. Hiro had just finished renovations in his guesthouse, so everything was very new and clean feeling. The room was traditional tatami-style and very spacious. As a slide sleeper, I found the mattress a bit thin and personally would have preferred one that was slightly thicker. The guest...

I been here twice last here staying around 4 nights each visit. The location is a bit of a walk from the subway but that's actually the good thing about this guest house. You'll find this place not as pack as other guest house and it's more clean as well. Also a note about the location, the guest house is...

The bunk bed was very clean! even though its a budget guesthouse, the place is very neat. The place is a little bit far from the train station, you've to walk a...

Hiro is a great guy and was very welcoming and friendly to us. There was another temporary staff member from Australia who was also nice. When we got there Hiro gave us mandarins he got from a neighbor which were amazing! The guesthouse is located in Korea Town, where you can eat the best chijimi you've ever had in your...

This is really a good place to stay. For a single tatami room, it actually can accommodate for more than 3 persons. Mr Hiro is really nice and helpful. The location might a bit far from the Tsuruhashi station. For me, it took almost more than 20 mins walking from the station to the hostel. For those travel with big...
