Easy access, Right at kitashichi station, if you have big luggage recommend to take taxi (from Osaka station) or 10 mins walk from Osaka station to hotel. Clean room, nice clean hotel, we had extra bed in the room which make the room super small.

The hotel is 15mins walk from the osaka station, most of all it is easy to access to many places. Very clean and white, hotel staffs were really friendly, I requested for either a fork or a pair of chopstick, they gave me both. Room where really clean and cozy, not really spacious but room was bright, the view from...

The hotel was very modern. Staff spoke English very well and where extremely helpful. The rooms , though small, we're still large enough to open suitcases and walk around. There was even a small settee in the room. Breakfast was excellent value , with ample variety. Walking distance to subway and station.

The hotel is near several subway entrances, and is near the Osaka Station. A nice new hotel, the rooms are spotless, but a little kitschy and too pink. Breakfast was included and is pretty decent. All in all, it is value for money.

A very nice hotel from the outside. The location is good at the center, near the main train station, so you can find some activities around. But.... I arrived with our bus that could stop only across the street and had to take our luggage a long way to the traffic light to cross. The same at leaving. The reception...

I was very surprised by the good reviews this hotel got. We stayed there as a group on a tour of Japan and were disappointed on every step. First, the bus can't stop in front of the hotel, but on the other side of the road. Second, they offer no help with your luggage. It means you have to haul...

The hotel is very modern, even artistic. The rooms are larger than other hotels we have seen in Japan. Everything is shining clean, free Wifi works perfectly in the room. The location is 10 min walk from Osaka station, which was no problem for us. There is a plethora of restaurants in Osaka station itself and nearby. The breakfast was...

The hotel itself is clean and modern. It was weirdly empty all the time- hardly saw guests and the dining area was always scarce even though we traveled at peak time (christmas 2014). Didn't have a problem with the hotel but didn't find the area that helpful. We ended up wanting to see more attractions in the minato area further...

They were great staff. The room was extremely small. To have the electricity (and air) running, you had to have your key in a thing on the wall. This meant it took a while for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. But, the hotel was fine otherwise and the location was excellent in relation to the train station. And,...
