Chose this hotel for this trip because of its excellent location. Was booked earlier in 2014 by a travel agency, and found the location perfect! Hotel staff were very helpful. Most spoke very good English especially those at the information counter.

The hotel is certainly dated. Then rooms are very small and really old. There is little control for room temperature. But the. Location is good. Right next to the Osaka station, it is also a stop for the airport Limo bus, would be a good choice if you have lots of bags and do not wish to travel too much...

We had a 4 nights stay in this hotel, first I simply list out the cons. The room is small, still using a key for the door. Bed is very hard, but I can accept it. Room is very hot, you can't control the temperature, so someone had to come unlock the windows so I could get some air. The...

As usual in Japan, very clean. The decoration is a bit dark and the room was small. Difficult to open a large suitcase... The value for money was good. I would suggest this hotel for a 1or 2 nights stay.

I remember reading location and location as being the best part of this hotel which is true. It's clean and the staff are helpful but for the price we paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights I'm giving it a negative review because not only are the rooms are small but they have a tiny window and we were on...

For the price I paid, I think the room was overpriced. With the window of the room as small as a pigeon's house window and twin beds as tiny as a 4 year old's mini bed. The room was so small that you couldn't even open your big luggage. Moreover, this is the first time I've been to a hotel...

The location of this hotel is excellent, the airport limousine bus from KIX stops next to the hotel and you have quick access to railways and subways. The disadvantage was that we had a lot of noise from the railway stations at night (especially bad when you are jet-lagged). The buffet breakfast was good but the staff was not very...

Our group of 4 adults checked into the newly renovated rooms. Although the rooms are still small, everything is handy and the bathroom is more spacious than before. This is probably because there is no bathtub.

Location is super convenient. Limousine bus direct to hotel. Easy to travel to Namba, Kyoto, Universal Studio Osaka, Kummon Market etc. Toilet is very clean (I booked without the bath-tub). Information personnel is very friendly. Check-in easy and definitely will have one that can speak English. We met the girl Ms 张 from Taiwan that is helpful and can speak...

After international flight, take limousine bus #14 and you are dropped off directly in front of hotel. They have remodeled. New carpeting in rooms and hallways. With 3 of us, they had a room that was actually big enough for 3 beds and plenty of room to stretch.
