We are currently staying at Hotel Nikko Osaka for our 3 days family vacation. They have strict 3 PM check-in time, despite our plea for earlier time and advance request. They let you store your luggage at their lobby though. Room is small for what they cost us, but seemed well maintained. We get three rooms: 2 Superior Double Room... More

Love hotel nikko osaka because of these reasons: 1. They have limousine bus from and to kansai airport 2. Sinshaibashi train station is right under this hotel - convenient access to all areas 3. It is surounded by high end branded stores 4. Right opposite the hotel is the Sinshaibashi shopping arcade - shopping heaven with reasonable price 5. Tax... More

Stayed for 5 nights in Hotel Nikko Osaka in November 2016. The newly renovated rooms are great except that the sizes are a lil small and the TV has very limited channels. The location for the hotel is perfect! Right above Shinsaibashi station, and walking distance to the famous shopping street and Dōtonbori. Everything is just around the corner! The concierge... More

Our family needed to stay overnight in KIX due to an early flight out of KIX, and this hotel is the most convenient located hotel, since it's literally sits across from terminal 1 of KIX. Nice lobby, clean and efficient check in. Rooms (2) were clean and roomy for Japanese standard. Restaurants within the hotel sucked (!) but we were... More

Great and professional staff. Fantastic location not only on top of the subway Shinsaibashi station but also at walking distance to Namba and Osaka stations. Also very near of Dotonbori area. The rooms are simple but practical and the attendance to them by the cleaners are very good. I need to mention also the fantastic Japanese omelet served at breakfast... More

1. Location Great location - easy to walk to the shopping arcades. The subway is at basement level of the hotel, which is a bonus point. 2. Rooms The rooms are modern, clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and polite. Their service is impeccable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would return.

Staying in Hotel Nikko is simply marvelous. Staff is topnotch. Location is perfect (near Shinsaibashi and walking distance to Dotonbori). Room is clean(albeit smaller than what we usually stay in, but the bed is soooo comfy). Plus, they got Takkyubin service. You can have you luggage shipped to your next destination in Japan at a very affordable price. Highlight of... More
