The Hotel is very conveniently located at Nishishinsaibashi and has direct access to metro station. Shopping is available all around the Hotel with massive Diamaru stores right acrossthe road. Staff is very friendly and anticipate your requirements in advance. Rooms are a bot cramped, but comfortable. All amenities and a luxurious supply of toiletries is provided

The hotel staff service was awful. My Mum who does not speak English, was looking for help in the lobby but nobody bothered to help her understand what she wanted. They just kept on saying " NO" to her and she felt very frustrated. They could have at least attempted to help my mum. This is a reputable hotel and...

Location is perfect. Rooms are modern and just right size for Japan. Access to high end shops, hipster places and clubs and even the touristy spots. Subway underneath. Service top notch especially Ms. Oh. Was expecting the warm rooms in winter that you can't control after reading reviews about this predicament. Boom, universe answered and gave me a warm room....

A very convenient hotel that is above exit 7/8 of Shinsaibashi Station. 2 convenience stores just right behind the hotel, and countless little shops to satisfy your shopping desire. Walking distance to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba, and Kuromon Market. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, with good conversational skill in English. Although lobby is on the 2nd floor, there is...

We stayed for three nights at the end of our three week trip. Conveniently located near the Shinsaibashi underground station, which was only one stop away from Umeda (right near the main Osaka station). Staff were very welcoming upon arrival and helped us take our luggage up to the room (this was a standout). We found the room to be...

Perfect location and service. The room is very clean and it is quite big for a japanese hotel. Staffs were very helpful. Suprisingly Nikko Osaka is very fancy for a 3 stars hotel which amazed me. Would definitely come back.

Surely Hotel Nikko has a great location for shopping. We can go to nearby Shinsaibasil within 5 minutes or even Kanidouraku (crab specialty restaurant) in 10 minutes. After shopping for a couple of hours, you could have a break back to hotel and go out later in the evening. The best part is that it has airport bus service (limousine)....
