Very nice hotel with a nostalgic old world charm, and quite well maintained. Reminded us of the grand old hotels we visited as children. Comfortable spacious rooms, helpful and courteous staff, lovely quiet neighborhood along the river. Though the hotel is not very close most tourist spots, the frequent shuttle service to the station was a huge bonus. many stores...

Pros: Very very polite staff. Next to a train station. Every room comes with a set of Pajamas. For rooms with Club access: complimentary tea and coffee pods, a wide selection of toiletries. Spa and Wellness service extends till late night. Cons: During winter and spring the HVAC only blows out hot air. That means the room gets warm and...

The hotel is not particularly well located in Osaka. That said, a train does run to it (but the last stop) and the hotel does provide a very regular and convenient shuttle to Osaka Station. The hotel is stuffed full of restaurants and shops, so one could spend time there, but we ate at cheaper places downtown. The room was...

I prefer to be at his hotel in Osaka for its convenient location, away from hectic busy Osaka Station, but along a nice river. Hotel provides a reliable a shuttle to Osaka station every 7-15 minutes all day until 1030pm. JR station is 10-15 mins walk across river, Keihan line is below hotel. Staff are very professional and helpful. Hotel...

Wow! This old school Hotel in Osaka is simply wonderful. There are shops of every description, more places to eat that anyone could want, and some truly delightful taverns as well. My Bride and I wandered down to the Cellar Bar for a night cap last night and found ourselves surrounded in a delightful Old English Club atmosphere featuring a...

I liked the room I was given. It was spacious compared to one you will get in most Tokyo hotels. I liked the interiors though I must say the t&b was a little dated with the. 4-inch square wall tiles, shower curtain and all. It was clean though. The breakfast buffet was sprawled in a large area with pockets of...

The hotel is nicely located to the convention center. It was suitable for our team members for business meeting there. This is an international hotel. The rooms were clean and the service was good. I recommend it if you have a business around

Having staff speaking solid English that we're happy to make calls for me and get travel plans sorted was impressive. Entrance is beautiful with a lovely waterfall to relax by. Room was fine and nothing special at the rate. The hotel is attached to the convention center so often have massive groups. Note shuttle to JR is also available.

This is my first time here, both the hotel and the city and I truly enjoy my stay. The staff is very helpful though they may not all speak very good English, they still try their best to help. Everything to me is quite reasonable and when you walk out of the hotel, there's a river you can walk along...

For the price and the title of the hotel, do not expect to be staying in a royal hotel. Ventilation is bad- we came in winter time and the room felt like it was summer. The aircon is actually a heater and the dehumidifier does not do the job. The room is very very outdated and unclean. I found numerous...
