This was my second stay at this hotel and the stay was just as pleasant as the first one. This is a Japanese management hotel and the service reflected that, where attendant was always on hand to help with luggage and any special request. The hotel is very conveniently located right above the train station but the rooms were very...

I stayed here for one night after flying into Osaka and travelling to Tokyo. The hotel has a great location right above the Osaka Train Station making it perfectly central and easy to get around. I thought that being above such a busy train station it might be a little noisey but my room was whisper quiet. The English was...

We stayed on the Granvia floor. Room had stunning view of Osaka at night. Really nice room with all the extras the Japanese seem to love. Razors, shaving gels.... lovely bathroom. Overall we had a great stay. Wifi was free and easy to use. A little tricky finding the lobby on the ground floor (I went up to the 19th floor...

This is a very conveniently-located hotel since this is just on top of the Osaka Train Station. So after a long day of walking and it is very cold autumn weather of Japan, the travellers can just conveniently go up the rooms from the train station without having to walk outside, no need to worry about further distance for walking...

The location is spot on. Easily accessible. My two sons stayed on level 26 and yes, the room looked old and worn-out. I was on the 27 lounge floor and the room was so much better - in terms of comfort and newness. Service on the lounge floor was very good. You could get dinner reservations made. Service at the...

Stayed one night on a business trip; great location near the train station and shopping area, lots of eateries just downstairs, but a bit pricey and small. Otherwise a pleasant place to stay for one night.

Was booked in here on business after head office moved buildings and the normal (fabulous hotel) was further away. Not easy to find for someone from abroad and I have been to Osaka about 7 or 8 times. It's within the Osaka station building so as long as you know that you will find eventually. Original room was booked as...

I stayed two nights in this very conveniently located hotel. It is located on top of the Umeda railway and subway station, so you don't even need to leave the building to take either form of transport. I used it as convenient base to visit nearby Kyoto during a weekend, as hotels in Osaka are much cheaper than in Kyoto...

Stayed in a premium room with huge floor to ceiling window giving fabulous views over Osaka - bedroom is on the small side, but the bathroom more than makes up - separate toilet and vanity unit, plus fantastic wet room, with bath, wall shower plus a ceiling shower. Delicious breakfast catering for all tastes. Excellent location.

Very good hotel, great location for business travel, service 1st class as expected. Only problem was room size, we went with semi-double sized room thinking this would be a western sized room, dont be fooled, if you need a bigger room pay the extra, it is worth it.
