Good location as conveniently located within walking distance from the JR station. Staff are friendly too. Rooms are decent, although small but surprisingly the bathroom is big and with a bath tub. My only concern is the prostitutes will hang out at the hotel entrance to get customers. There are few lanes that you could take to reach this hotel,...

This hotel is not new and should be renovated. The greatest drawback is a strong smell of the mold in the room, bathroom and ventilation. It spoiled all other pros: clean bedlinen and towels, convenient location etc. A street with girls "of easy virtue" is right near the hotel so in the evenings it is not pleasant to come back...

No issue that the hotel is just next to the lane leading to the red light district. The pimp or prostitutes will not bother you if you reject them kindly. A 7 minutes walk to the Osaka station and 3 minutes walk to a nearby subway. We can see the red HEP 5 from our hotel room window (HEP 5...

Excellent location, near enough to Train Station and Underground. Most of all, Food Street is nearby on the same street, stretching across a few streets. Underground passage mall is big enough to have lots of food outlets with decent Japanese food, along with some western food. Mini Markets nearby ... Small rooms, but decent by Japanese standards. Well equipped, with...

Very near all kinds of transport and easy access to shopping malls and bars. Hotel staff was friendly but needs to speak english more. hotel room rather small and needs to be more clean. toilet and bath facility clean and well provided with amenities. SAFE and secure. Room was too small , no place for luggage and other items.

The hotel is discreetly located in one of the busiest areas for nightlife. So discreet, in fact, that the taxi driver had trouble finding it - even with the map I printed off the website. The rooms are clean and well maintained but very small compared to what you would expect in European and other Far Eastern countries. If you...

The hotel is perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Osaka and Umeda stations with entrance to the subway just a few steps away. Reception is on the 3rd floor and the lift automatically stops there whether going up or down! The reception staff spoke decent English and were welcoming. I noticed there was free coffee on the 3rd...

We didn't make bookings that well ahead so choices were pretty limited. Our main condition was for the hotel to be in the location we wanted and the cost was not overly hiked up. The search on Agoda led us to this hotel which looked promising due to its location and price wise was still acceptable. All in all, we...

The location of the hotel is in close proximity to Osaka station. Room size is average for japanese standard, able to fit 2 person with no problems. Very clean rooms and free wifi. Staff are friendly and were able to provide directions. There are numerous restaurants (local and international) in the surrounding area. 7-11 and family mart are also nearby...

Room is decent and hotel is located at convenient area. You can find dozens of restaurants and convenient stores within 5 min walking distance. You can also reach this hotel by JR (~8-10 mins walk), metro (~5-8 mins walk) and airport limousine Umeda line (~10 mins walk from Hotel New Hankyu stop). A little downside is that the hotel is...
