I was at the Hotel for 7 days during a business trip to nagasaki. The room was really nice, always cleaned and well prepared. Personnel at the reception always nice and available to solve any problem and ready to give information on the city and its activities. It is located close to the train central station in a strategic (logistical)...

Location of this hotel is great to get everywhere in Nagasaki. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious (twin room) All the restaurants in 4 star hotels in Japan are expensive and this was no different. The train station is next door so access is really good and the trams are just down the street a bit. Train Stations restaurants are...

We only stayed for two nights but that was long enough. Probably the one of the worst breakfasts we have ever encountered we were pleased to leave this place as a good hearty breakfast sets you up for a day of sight seeing! The rooms were clean, efficient and had a range of bathroom facilities along with free WiFi. Sadly,...

The hotel is greatly located, next to Amu Plaza and JR station. Easy to get food and grocery. We stayed in a standard twin room for 2 adults and 1 child, the room is not spacious but just nice to fit the 3 of us. On the first day we had breakfast at Hydrangea restaurant on level 1. We went...

We had a great stay at this ideally located luxury hotel just adjacent to the Nagasaki Station . The hotel has a policy of giving rooms only at 2 p.m. so be aware . Further standard rooms come only with twin beds . A King or Queen size bed is treated as luxury so it comes with a price over...

Travelled over two weeks to 5 locations in Japan. This was the best hotel for service, room comfort and food. Great location too. Close to train and bus station. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, you really looked after us very well !

This is a good quality hotel which is very handily located for the Railway station and shopping centre next door. Service is good and most of the staff spoke very good English. It is very popular with tour groups and reception can be over-run when the organised tours are due to leave. The inclusive breakfast was very good in the...

I stayed here with 3 other family members in two separate standard twin rooms. The rooms were super spacious and the location was über convenient. We were caught in the rain one evening and had to take shelter at the hotel lobby. The attentive staff saw that we only had small umbrellas and ran to the office to grab umbrellas...

This is the clasic hotel with good lobby and larger rooms. Breakfast is on top floor with view all over town. There is largest shopping centre only 100 meters away. Plenty of restaurants. Really a hotel I recommend. NB: always book with breakfast. Food was great and you overlook town. Very family friendly. Tram is also passing by so its...

I booked the room with the Kyushu Tourism Board promotion which is a smoking room. However when I checked in the reception staff were kind enough to change the room to a non smoking room upon my request. The room is quite big by Japanese standard, well laid out and comfortable. The breakfast (which is part of the promotion) was...
