Very nice design. Clean and spacious. It's very easy to walk around because it's in the heart of Kuala Lumpur i think. And the bed is quite comfy too :) It's not hard for me to find food and shopping complex also nearby.

Our bag was stolen and they didn't even bother to compensate us anything. We didn't insist at the time because we had to rush to catch our flight. They left our luggage out in the open for people to easily grab it and only one person was there to take care of the luggages & when he left the items,...

First of all, the location is a winner! close to malls (shops are walking distance), close to Alor street (easy to find food, halal food are also available in surroundings), close to monorail. Everything is walking distance, even I was travelling with a toddler but she can manage the walk. The hotel is perfect for it's value. I booked 2...

It was a convenient hotel to stay for a couple of nights. As a budget accommodation, it was OK. Nice and clean room with a great view of the KL Tower, with a queen bed and clean linen (given on request) . The towels need replacement. They are old and hard to use. The aircon was good but the water...

Great location for shopping! Rooms and comfort rooms are okay, perfect for short stay like (2-3 days). Staff are good and great value of money :) Walking distance to big/famous malls and very nearby to restaurants. Perfect location for night market.

First impression when get into the hotel room is amazing, a bit spacy than hotel in Singapore. There is a deficiency of the room, the towel is not clean and have musty smell. I do not brought breakfast package, so do not have idea about it. Also the hotel would ask you to give RM100 for deposit when the first...

Decent rooms, perfect location, nice management, great value. Sungeiwang, times square, low yat, Fahrenheit, pavilion, jalan alor everything is maximum 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I stay here When I travel with my wife, but if I'm solo, then there are cheaper alternatives on the same location

Pros: location and price. In the price paid, one of the best option. Cons: small rooms with light smell, rough sheets and towels, no windows and no safe. If u r on budget, then its amongst top budget hotel.
