We stayed at the hotel for 1 night.I sing highly of service. Once we arrived, we were welcome by the staff and we feel so pleasant. EQ Hotel is very beautiful, modern and the room view of KL Tower and KLCC super nice 👍🏻 And also room was clean and the mini bar was complimentary🥰
A fantastic place to stay in KL. Walking distance from major locations like KLCC, Pavillion, Petaling Street and Merdeka Square. The rooftop bar and view from up there is amazing. Especially beautiful at sunset and at night. We had a twin towers view room, and it was clean, well fitted and of course had the spectacular view. Service was great also. The afternoon tea at the café was well presented and delicious.
3 days 2 nights stay was enjoyable 🌟The breakfast served is delicious and wide variety. Very clean room and bedding was comfortable and also very great service by the concierge and reception team👍👍
Excellent location - I walked to Petronas Towers, Pavilion, and Menara Towers. Friendly and helpful staff. At check in, a towelette and drink was provided - it would be very welcome on a hot day. Room was large, with a big bathroom (tub and shower) and separate toilet. The room had a view of the Petrona Twin Towers, and lots of natural light. Excellent toiletries. Free minibar (soft drinks only) was provided. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of choice for to suit both the western and local guests: yoghurt, pastries, Malay hot food, fried/scrambled eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit. Excellent service - the staff were quick to clear tables and were attentive without being in-your-face. The infinity pool was fabulous! Ditto the steam room and sauna (couldn't try these - next time!) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.…
Our stay at EQ was certainly that of a first class experience. As we entered the lavishly decorated lobby, we were given a warm greeting by the ever accommodating staff that made the entire check-in process fast and fuss-free. The room that we were given was spacious and pristine which was huge plus point for my son who has sensitive skin and was extremely comfortable with the cleanliness and quality of the beds. Our experience at the restaurants were nothing short of first class. The breakfast spread available at Nipah brought together some of the best of both the east and the west, I particularly enjoyed the Roti Canai, which is usually paired with their authentic, thick curry. Restaurant Kampachi made me feel like I was eating in Japan as the staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable about the menu, and the food was fresh and well presented. The spectacular view at Sky 51 simply took my breath away and I had a great time indulging in drinks and music at the rooftop bar Blue. For those that love to exercise and need to keep up with their workout routines, the gym located at level 29 was certainly in a class of its own. There is a wide array of equipment available, and the cardio machines were placed near the window so you can have a look at the gorgeous landscape as you train. After your workout, you can rest and unwind in the sauna inside the gym.…
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the EQ! The hotel provided such an outstanding service and I was very impressed with how professional the EQ staff was. The rooms were very spacious and clean and had a great view of KL! The beautiful Christmas decor brings life to the hotel. My family and I hope to return here when we are back in Malaysia! Thanks for making our vacation amazing and worth-while, EQ!
Went for a few days break. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room were nice and spacious. Good variety of food for breakfast and fine dining restaurants meaning we didn't have to travel out to eat. Many thanks to Dino the Chef Concierge for arranging our transport to and from the airport and for a late checkout. Thanks to Unee servicing in the breakfast area and Majenda in cleaning our room. Hotel is located near KLCC and the Pavilion and not far from Starhill dining area. Highly recommend this as a hotel to come and stay
I spent a lovely weekend in the iconic EQ KL hotel. The location is perfect, being a short distance from KLCC and Pavillion. My Deluxe King room was modern, tastefully furnished, extremely spacious with a perfect view of the city. The nespresso machine and the wide array of bathroom amenities were icing on the cake! SKY51 and its view of the KL skyline at night was magnificent and took my breath away! The service staff from those at the reception (including the porter) to those in the cafe, restaurants, ballroom and SKY51 were friendly, helpful and forthcoming providing excellent service, taking care of every detail. I leave KL with fond memories of the EQ KL and look forward to my next weekend there!
Stayed here for two nights, and was taken aback by the attention to detail in the build and the design, from the well thought out lobby area to the technology in the rooms - and even to the sky deck (an absolute must visit for young adult travellers) The room is well thought out, and for light sleepers like myself, you will find the location (a street away from the often noisy Pavillion) and the thick automatic roller blinds an absolute treat. Indeed worthy of the #1 spot in KL after trying out 5 different hotels in KL along Bukit Bintang
EQ KL - a gem with an unbeatable location in the heart of the Golden Triangle in KL. EQ can be accessed from both Jln Sultan Ismail and Jln Perak. It is a short walk from KLCC and Pavilion. The hotel is tastefully furnished with a consistently understated but elegant design theme starting from the lobby, to the rooms and the F&B establishments. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms have an amenity box which contains all the toiletries and amenities that you could possibly need. Blue@Sky 51 is a nice bar with fantastic views of the twin towers - you can even see Genting Highlands in the distance. The cafe serves delicious local food. Satay is one of the best I have eaten in KL! What makes a difference are the friendly staff that provide great service. Once the concierge found out my name, he consistently addressed me by name each time he saw me. I had previously regularly stayed at Hilton KL @ Sentral, but I have found a new hotel to stay in whose standards of service and quality of rooms exceeds that of Hilton KL!…
