We expected much more from four seasons but this one seems to be a pure business hotel. No one was present at front desk when we arrived for check in...strange...inspite of late check in rooms were not ready given the fact they were not giving us the rooms on the same floor . This request was was later applied by their colleague who shifted our rooms in different floors to a common floor. Late check out facility seems not available and the staff would call you exact at 12noon as to when are you vacating the room. Exteremely disappointed as we booked Four seasons leaving all other hotels behind with great expectations from the brand name.

Mark from Front Desk Office is impressive. He was able to provide efficient services and anticipating our needs. When we check in, our room is not ready, but at the same time we had to leave hotel to attend some stuff. Thus, we requested for our baggages and food to be delivered to the room. We will be back to collect the key at a later time. Also, we forget to take the car park coupon, after walking some distance we went back and requested for the car park coupon, he immediately serve us again and pass the coupon very efficiently. The last time I was there, the wait time to get the car park coupon was much slower but Mark does it very swiftly. Upon us going back to hotel, he was able to recognized us and already prepared our keys for the room to give us, even before I walked to the reception and request for it. Mark was above and beyond. Stayed one night to see KL in transit. Pretty efficient and good location. Had dinner outside with a view of Petronas towers. No complaints; decent. Check in was efficient and transfers well organised. If you're in KL for quick trip, we would recommend.

What a fabulous hotel with great service ! The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner is ama ing. Everything from several countries ! Ideally located ! Magnificent room ! Only issue was that they said it was a no smoking room and yet it smelled awful from cigarette smoke . They were so nice by letting us che k in at 12 noon that i said nothing until we checked out !

We finally had the wedding of our dreams in the beautiful grand ballroom here in Dec 2022. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude first to our wedding coordinator at FS - Ms Ellie Low for always being so supportive and assuring throughout the 2-3 years of postponement due to COVID! She was also extremely helpful and accommodating on the hotel room bookings for our overseas guests, even put in extra effort to find a room for my hungover guest on the day the hotel was almost fully booked for peak season. On the morning of the wedding day, she was so attentive to details that she also arranged for tea pot and tea cups ready for our Chinese tea ceremony and prepared a bigger space for gate crashing games as we had over 20 groomsmen and bridesmaids. We would also like to thank Chef Jack Tang and Chef Jimmy Wong from the Chinese kitchen on delivering the tasty 7 course Chinese dinner (especially the chicken soup, soon hock steamed fish, and tangyuen dessert!) catered for 310 pax with over pouring compliments received from guests. We even received compliments on the kids bento and vegetarian food. And not forgetting the banquet staff Ashveen, Shakirin, Senthil, and Johnson for the good service in taking care of our guests and ensuring the banquet went smoothly, and Jasmeen and Sheila for handling the over 30 room bookings impeccably. Overall we had a great stay at Four Seasons KL. The hotel helps define standards for what you would expect from a 5 star property. The staff was very friendly, courteous. The rooms were large, clean and nice. The amenities were fantastic overall. The breakfast was huge with a lot of selection of great foods including some good local food. Would recommend staying (especially on the higher floors).

Right from the get go Ms Ellie Low was accommodating, flexible and always reassuring. We planned our wedding at the height of COVID and thus admist many uncertainties. However, Ellie was always at the top of her game through it all - our multiple wedding postponements, arranging our pre-wed locations, sorting out all the wedding madness, ensuring our guests were well attended to and only delivering the best results. She anticipated all our needs before we even knew we needed them. Ellie has been a God sent & I highly recommend her! As we planned our wedding from abroad we only had a look at the ballroom through pictures however, the Grand Ballroom @Level 6A looked way more ravishing in person adorned with beautiful chandeliers! We were awe-strucked. We also had raving reviews from our guests regarding the dinner! We thoroughly enjoyed the food during the tasting session and was very impressed that Chef Jack Tang managed to deliver optimal standards during the banquet. Not forgetting the banquet team Mr Johnson Chong, Mr Senthil and Mr Vicky for their attentiveness and professionalism throughout the reception. I cannot express this enough, Four Seasons KL truly makes us feel special. We regularly use the hotel for dining, staycations and events, and the most recent event was my sister's Wedding Reception at The Grand Ballroom last weekend. It's our second time hosting a wedding event at this hotel and it's been a wonderful experience. Many hotels are fancy, but there is no other hotel in KL that compares to the level of service we receive than Four Seasons KL. They treat us like residents of the hotel! They remember our names, our whims & fancies, and ever so accommodating! The food at the wedding was amazing, and received many compliments from guests. None of this would have been possible without the effort from the amazing team at FSKL, who i really want to acknowledge (look out for them if you need to do an event there!): Ellie Low the event extraordinaire, she handled everything from top to toe regarding our event and event went above and beyond. We have dealt with her for our past 2 events at FSKL and she has definitely made all the difference. Other people to mention on the team are Johnson Chong and Iskandar from Banquet, Chef Zachary Looi, Vicky, Ashveen and Shakirin. Also a big shoutout to Jasmeen and Kak Faridah who ensured the smooth and swift process of our 12 room bookings that we had that night. Sheila Ali and Didi were also incredibly gracious and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Not forgetting the eloquent Blaise Montandon who took the time to greet us and ensure our event and stay was overall perfect.
