The hotel is located right in the center. Many bars and restaurants are nearby. The rooms are quite good and well decorated. It is very clean and the the view from the pool is top. The employee Razak especially eelcomed ys very well and warm. Definitely a great experience.

Excellent hotel.King sized bed, room with no windows. Fully equipped, TV, AC, very comfortable bed, hot water shower, kettle, water supplied, v. clean and modern in style. I don’t think they changed the bedsheets from the previous guests because the bedsheets have bloodstain, some black marks and hair. Since it was near 2am at night when we return and saw the dirty sheets, we just spray some sanitiser and slept as we did not want to wait for the change. We put out the sign to clean the room the next morning but they did not change the bedsheets too. They did change the towels though. However, the towels they gave us for the 2nd day were very used and thin and one of them had brown and black marks on it. It was already too late to change the towel because I only saw them after I bathed and wanted to use the towel. Luckily 1/3 of the towel did not have the marks so I used it to dry myself. Also, the hotel is near night spots so we can still hear loud music at 2am and the aircon is very loud too. However, it was not a big issue for us as we wear ear plugs to sleep. It will be an issue if you are unable to wear earplugs to sleep though.

We booked our stay at MOV to begin our backpacking journey as we wanted a bit of luxury after travelling for 24 hours and it didn't disappoint! The bed was huge and so comfortable! The pillows were fluffy and the room was immaculate and modern! The bathroom was very clean and the shower was amazing! The location was amazing and walkable to many places such as petronas twin towers, KLCC park and KL tower and so close to Jalan Alor food market! And I have to mention how welcoming, helpful and friendly the staff are! We couldn't have asked for anything more we absolutely loved our stay and will be staying again if we come back to KL!

Strategic location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. But the room was very smelly with body odour and I had to spray constantly throughout my stay. The cleaner men were also very helpful in doing additional spraying of the room twice. Unfortunately, the smell is too strong, I just live with it for a day and left for another place. Generally, it is a good hotel with friendly receptionist.

Located in Bukit Bintang, everything is at stone's throw distance away from this hotel. It is a great value for money considering the location and the fact that you would be out roaming around most of the time. For a place to come back and have a great shower and a good rest, this place is ideal. Other than that nothing else to write home about. It's a pretty modern hotel with room suitable for a backpack traveler. There are no separate cloth racks or shelves. the beds fill the room. Once you pull your luggage in there is barely space to turnaround in the room. The fittings are just about adequate. The surprise element in the hotel was the bathroom. It's semi circular in shape with disco lights fitted. not sure of the value proposition in something like this. The towels provided seemed worn out and in need of replacement, but they were clean no doubt. But it had come to shreds. And they charge for the replacement of this shredded towel if you soil them! Didn't interact much with staff as there was no need for it. Almost everything you want to see, do, eat in KL is in and around this hotel.

Very good experienced although we only spend 2 nights here and we stayed at family loft room. During the check in the staff did the amazing job they very nice and happy to help us to get the room ready. I can mention Cynthia & Razak very excellent helping us, after check in we have problem because we forget to bring adapter for charging our phone. Once again they help us, they borrow us their adapter for us!!! Highly recommended to everyone stay here because the price also worth it and of course the location also very near to find food and shopping, 😁

I booked MOV Hotel after doing some research, as I wanted a good-quality hotel that's walking distance to Jalan Alor Street (night street food) and Bukit Bintang shopping district. The hotel is nice, gives off a very modern vibe which definately caters to the younger crowd. The staffs are friendly and the room was great. I would give thumbs up to the showers, air-conditioning, wifi and bed. Only issue I had was the TV, which did not have much international cable channels available. Breakfast is available at an affordable RM5, which included a pastry and cup of coffee / tea. Loved staying here, and would reccomend to younger travellers who loves a great vibe and comfortable stay!
