This has been one of my many stays with Acappella and the standard of the apartment and attention to detail cannot be matched in this area. I have always received excellent service and the location is ideal for shopping as it is to walk and visit the variety of bars and restaurants in the area.10/10

We stayed here for 4 nights in December, Jasmine the manager was very friendly she made sure we had a nice room for our 10th anniversary and even got us roses and a lovely cake.- thank you so much for this it was a lovely gesture! The apartments are close to the mall and the Petronas Towers. Jasimne gave us a lot of information by whatsapp and gave us some tips regarding travel and places to eat. Jasmine organised a lift from the airport with Ken and his team who were very kind and extremely helpful. As this was our first time in KL we really appreciated the effort she put in to make our stay special. The apartment comes with a little kitchen however there is no hob to cook food unfortunately however there is a microwave and plent of takeaway options nearby. A special thank you to Ken who went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you for a great stay- we would recommend these apartments and would stay here again.…

The location is perfect! Just few steps from the Petronas Towers, the apartment is cozy and has all the facilities of a full serviced residence. I was travelling with my family (wife and 02 young kids) and I found the place perfect for us. The kids enjoyed a lot! The lady Jasmine who is in charge of the place is so kind and attentive. We were given a complimentary breakfast and late checkout as a Christmas and New Year’s gift from Jasmine. I strongly recommend Acappella Suites for those who wish to have a pleasant stay in KLCC and thank Jasmine very much for all her support!

The homely atmosphere, cleanliness, strategic location, and not to mention the service efficiency, warm welcome, helpfulness & friendliness of the management/staff, made our stay as comfortable as home. Acappella KLCC Suites is definitely our first choice to stay in KL.

Our wonderful stay at Acappella suite. The location is very convenient and All the shopping mall are within a short walking distance the security of the building was good And all the staff are very courteous and welcoming. We extremely enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are very neat , clean and specious. Jasmine was very kind and helpful in guiding and providing all the information during the entire period of our stay. Thanks for the flexibility on our check out which was a very kind gesture. I hope to make this my home during all my visits to Kuala Lumpur.

The place is great for a family with two young kids. We were warmly welcomed, some games were available for the kids. Tv and internet connection work well. Breakfast are good and start early. I would come back without hesitation.

My sister found stumbled upon this suites on booking.com and went on to read reviews. We booked this place immediately. We had our sisters trip with a toddler along and so this place fits our stay perfectly. The room is clean and spacious. We love the room so much, the location is awesome with just 3mins away from klcc. Jasmine & Aishah were helpful with information when we asked for places to eat. We will surely return to Acappella for our next family stay!

We are a family of Six, 4 adults and 2 kids. So far my experience of dealing with Acappella, KLCC Suites has been very good! No doubt they seem to have a convenient and beautiful location.....Jasmine and her team have been very professional and they understand what a tourist and especially a family will face when they are away from the comfort of a familiar home country. We were pleasantly surprised with all information that was shared even before we landed, with tips,how to deal and what to expect at the airport to what we we might come across. Their suggestions are good and accurate! We were also very pleasantly surprised in being extended an early check in at Acappella!
