The room is very big and clean. Big windows with KL view. Toiletries provided included hairdryer and iron. The bathtub big enough to swim! Great swimming view and has a rooftop bar. Check in process is quick and easy.Brilliant location. Great Staff. Really big apartment with cleaning and cooking facilities. Rooftop bar, pool and gym is a massive bonus.

Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff, The Location is middle in town, near at klcc..every thing are available you feel as if you are at your home ,Tv, wifi is available 24 hours for free, all kitchen facilities are available, it is really good stay and nice host . I love it alot i recommend every one to stay at saba suite . Next visit will be there again.

- no service: asked them to fix the sink in the bathroom, nothing was done even after they acknowledged. - Television did not work properly and only one channel - only one key available and no second key given after we asked. - the cleaner threw our cloth on a pile and does not know how to do housekeeping. - The appartment is an empty shell without any amenities - the matras of the extra bed is extremely dirty with stains. - Windos are dirty so you cannot enjoy the view - They basically sub let an apartment they rent themselves and dont look after the guests

Check in: The check in was so so as we still have to wait for the person to comedown from his office despite me informing them that I am otw. As this is a service suite, they don’t have a particular counter, this you just hang ard the lobby till they arrive. Check in don’t in the room itself. Suite: rooms were mediocre with dated furniture. There are 4 adults and 2 children staying in this 2 bedrooms apartment and there were enough rooms for all of us. It’s just that I have 2 bouts of hives when I placed my clothes at their clothes cupboard making me wonder if it is properly cleaned. Service: we had to remind them several times of our needs, like the extra bed and towels. Was upset that the room was not cleaned eventhough we requested it before we left the suite for the day. Location: prime location, walking distance to KLCC and Avenue K. Also walking distance to good local food at Kampung Baru.…

I wish I could give no stars. I cannot understand how the reviews are remotely good for this place. It was ran like a shady AirBnB, they gave us no instructions on how to check in and the concierge for The Face had to inform us we would need to call them except we had no cell reception. We had less than 24hrs in KL and they wasted over an hour of our time waiting for them to figure out basics. When they came down to get us they told us they would like to offer us an upgrade to The W but still showed us the room which was covered in mold and water damage from the ceiling to the furniture. Completely dilapidated but even without water damage it was not nice. So then we wait around for them to find a cab to take us to “The W” which is a Marriott, they in fact took us to The W BUILDING but our room would be on the backside in “The Tropicana” and we could use The W facilities which is not at all how they described it. This place was nicer, and probably really nice at one time, but still had cabinet doors sitting on the floor propped against the walls and then the WiFi was a personal portable puck that he needed my charging cord to power?? How is it not installed?? We decided to not stay as everything about it seemed incredibly sketchy and we did not feel safe. I truly don’t understand the reviews for this place at all and the two men we spoke to were not kind and seemed very shady with how they were consulting on next steps. DO NOT STAY HERE there are plenty of other fantastic and affordable spots, this is NOT it!…

Very amazing Roof top pool, I love how friendly, helpful staff. the room was superb, huge, cleanliness was top-notch, Comfortable bed. super accommodating. 5mins walk to nearest monorail station. 10mins walk to Quill Mall, my kids had a wonderful time and its everything to me .
