Hotel is in great location being so close to China Town, needs major refurbishment but seemingly most hotels in this area do from previous stays The Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Beyond the Foyer the place is very run down. Rooms are well lived in and the whole place smells of cigarete smoke. But bathrooms are particularly...

We arrived at 8:00am in the morning and were told either we could pay an additional 50 Ringit to check in early or come back at 2:00pm; We paid the 50 Ringit as we were shattered after our 13 hour flight from the UK. We thought this was a little unfair as the room was obviously ready and available. We...

Stayed for 3d2n. Bad impression compared the 1st time. Cockroaches running in the room. When checked in, saw the dead cockroach body left on the wall. The blanket got blood stain.. The bathroom tiles are yellowish and got a sticky feeling. Shower is always in HOT mode no matter how you adjust. Overall, not a pleasant stay at this hotel.

No sign of the cockroaches, but our bathroom was dirty with broken tiles and a mouldy shower. Room was adequate, but a bit 'tired' looking. Staff were friendly and efficent. Breakfast fine and reasonable tarrif.

Had a short 72 hour stopover in KL between flights and The 5 Elements was perfect for it. Great location, room spacious, staff efficient. Breakfast was good and was a buffet with a good variety. Will be back again next time I have a stopover in KL.

This was our second stay in this hotel and once again we really liked it. It's an oasis of quiet in busy Kuala Lumpur. It's location is excellent, right in Chinatown and close to aal transportation options. We stayed on t one of the better and slightly more expensive elements floors. We had a connecting corner double an twin room...
