This is one of the best use of our Hilton points because it only requires 9000 points to book a one night stay in this hotel. I never realized how affordable the hotel rooms are in Kuala Lumpur until I checked the redemption of our Hilton points at this KL property.

Despite the inexpensive price of the hotel which is comparable to rates of hostels in Europe, the lobby of this hotel is spacious and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes with soft apple green, grey and muted cream coloured furnitures.

The rooms are of adequate size and is designed with muted flower wallpower at the head board.

There's a rooftop pool and bar which at night is the best place to unwind and get a good view of the Petronas Tower. It is a convenient place to go around the city with transport available right at the hotels front steps.

Considering that we availed of our room using points and paid nothing we cant complain even if the surrounding area/neighborhood is a bit rundown.

Honestly, we had an amazing time at this hotel, it was very well priced for a very good room, the staff were super respectful and helpful from day one until we left, the restaurant was another amazing part of this hotel, if you had the breakfast package, their morning food was amazing, and their manager was constantly there conversing with people and checking on their food quality. Last thing I'd like to mention, this place is very suitable for families to stay, it feels safe, as there are a bunch of other families staying at the hotel, unlike other places we stayed at which felt shady and dangerous for family stays.

The rooftop pool isn't as big as it seems in the pictures, and it's mostly filled with kids, I went in the morning but didn't bother going in the pool, but the view is nice.

If you're going to book, do it beforehand, because the KL Tower View rooms are the most popular, they're always not available during holidays.

I am enjoying my stay here as I have a clean, spacious and comfortable room with a flat panel HDTV and complimentary WiFi. This room also has a mini-fridge, in-room safe, tea and coffee making facilities, adjustable air-conditioning and an iron/ironing board making me feel at home.
The Staff in general are friendly. Front Office /Reception staff are polite and helpful besides checking in & out duties.
I love chilling at the Hotel's Rooftop which has a restaurant and a swimming pool with a scenic view of the Twin towers, KL skyscrapers and in the evening, a breathtaking view of the Sunset.
The location of the hotel is excellent as it is walking distance to my favorite restaurants, shops and fruit stalls making it convenient and conducive to stay on as my home away from home.

After a long journey from the UK to Malaysia via Saudi Arabia ,involving 2 flights and 15 hours flying, I arrived at my hotel with my bags having been lost by the airline. I was greeted warmly by Mr Azarieh and Ms Noori who were utmostly polite and charming.

And then I was asked for my Passport to checkin. I spent time looking for my passport in my handluggage. Mr Azarieh gave me some private space to sit and search my handluggage. I had dropprd it in my Airport Transfer. I rang my transfer company and they immediately sent the driver back with the passport.

Panic over, I checked into my room. As it was a large room, I looked straight ahead and saw some cakes, fruit and a card for my 40th birthday which I was celebrating on arrival in Malaysia.

I got a super shock when I looked left and saw my bed covered in balloons, a lovely happy birthday sign and 40 made out of artificial rose petals ! A lot of thought had gone into the preparation by Mr Ingram and his team and I was deeply grateful !

The Bathroom was super modern and with a warm rainforest shower and exquisite toiletries. I changed rooms on day 2 to get a better view of the Petronas Towers. Ms Lin arranged this and Ms Gloria checked up that all was ok which was a nice personal touch.
The beds are super comfy and Houdekeeping slip a note under the door if you are on Do Not Disturb.

Room Service is reasonably priced and food delivery staff slip off their shoes when entering the room which is very respectful.

The hotel is in the Chowkit area, famous for the 24 hour market right next door and the Chowkit Metro Station is nearby as are an abundance of Pakistani/Indian restaurants and shops.

There was only 1 computer for communal use - located on the first floor and you cannot download photos to clear device memory. I used the cheap rate but high speed Mekong Internet Café opposite the KFC, a short walk away.
Every staff member I encountered had a beautiful and caeing approach. The Breakfast Room offered elaborate International Cuisine every day of my 4 night stay and omelettes were cooked fresh to order. Breakfast staff are very charming and welcoming.

I will not hesitate to return ! A truly enjoyable stay !

i stayed at this hotel before and my previous stay there were a few problems such as slow lift & slow housekeeping. however during this stay i found there are marked improvements esp the speed of the lifts and housekeeping.

stayed here for 3 days and 2nights just to rest. the rate for 1 person including breakfast was extremely cheap and decided to stay here. is it located right at the busy road next to chow kit market. not that far from monorail chow kot and free GoKL bus stop is just few metres away. but be mindful if u walk to chow kit monorail as the road mostly are uneven and there's a few street beggars.

check in was easy and friendly. i did self check in through hilton honors apps, but the room that i chose was not ready so i was reassigned to another room at higher floor. it overlooks the KL Tower in an unobstructed view. the view at night are just amazing as there are light show at KL Tower. the room is very quiet despite being by the major road. couldnt hear any noise from the road and manage to get a good night sleep. and the room was clean and spotless! however, in my room, the cover of the smoke detector went missing and exposing the inside of the smoke detector. it downgrades the room, while the other features were excellent. please fix this. another downside is there is no laundry bag provided.

the pool is located at rooftop terrace. u can see KLCC view fr there. i went up here early morning just to rest, expose myself to sunshine and read book. it was so relaxing despite right in the middle of KL. however i noticed the pool water is a bit murky.

breakfast is at level 1. not too busy when i was there. the spread were OK, food quality were excellent. the staffs there are very helpful and friendly. the tables were cleared very fast and they fill up empty food promptly once finished.

overall, nice location, excellent staffs, clean and spotless room with minor problems. otherwise, wont hesitate to come back. special thanks to the housekeeper at level 22 for keeping the room clean & decorating my room with "rose petals" and ballons.

The rooms are clean. Staff are polite....everything else a shambles and not up to hilton standards at all. Breakfast shabby and limited choice, food not refilled. Tried to order room service as restaraunt closed, over 2 hour wait- was offered 20 per cent off the luke warm meal, they did increase this to 50 per cent. Very dissapointed, Hilton gold member and have stayed at a wide variety of hilton brand hotels around the world. Things to improve - better dining facilities for residents and better treatment of customers particulary honors members. Its worth paying extra money for the doubletree nearby, much better quality.

Perfect place for budget travelers as the room rates are very cheap.

However : Parking is horrible . Unable to get parking at the property and had to park somewhere far.

Breakfast buffet was limited but that is okay considering the price. However there were too many people at one time and some didn’t adhere to the sop - Joining tables, pulling chairs etc.

Recommendation would be to fix a slot for breakfast like other Hilton properties do so that the crowd can be managed.

I booked for 5 days 4 nights stay at this hotel recently . For the first few nights it was ok until the last 1 night, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into my room. I was woken up suddenly at around midnight as I could not breathe and started coughing. I called the reception to inform them to check it out. I could not sleep well for the last night of my stay. It was a horrible experience for me. I do not recommend this hotel to stay for anyone especially if you have an allergy to cigarette smoke.

From our first call to until now really disappointed with the service. This is definitely not hilton service. I booked through booking.com. Once i arrive at KL airport and called the hotel to inform that i was on my way. The first thing i was told was “ you can only checkin after 3:00pm” without even asking anything about my booking details. I booked an additional night to have a guaranteed early checkin. We came to the hotel and checked in. Nobody helped with the luggages or even escorted us to the room. We were two people and they have only provided one dental kit. Shampoo was not even refilled. The iron was not in a good condition ( definitely not thinking about the safety of the customers) . When we went to have breakfast, we were informed that the variety's will be low for that day. And the food was not good. That was the first and last time we had breakfast in the hotel. Later that day we informed to reception about our concerns and even about the iron and the person didn’t even care to apologize and just said they will change it. However, it was not changed. Room was cleaned upon request and they took one of our room key cards we kept inside the room without even informing us. And later also they haven’t told us why they took the key card and why they didn’t even inform us about it. When we requested for cutleries and plates ( this is after we try to order for a rice and they informed us that their kitchen was already closed. So we managed to buy a rice from a nearby place) they send us two small plates and plastic cutleries. Is this really hilton standard ? Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel location is ok but the areas around it almost close by 6-7pm so there must be reason. There next to nothing in breakfast for vegetarians if you choosing B&B. The calls to reception and restaurant go unanswered at times and they don't callback. They didn't change room for me as my next door guests being too noise and slamming doors.. Overall not a very good experience.
