Only stayed for one night layover. Booked directly on the Hotel website. Like on our last stay, we found the Staff very friendly and helpful. We had made a specific request regarding our room , and the Hotel were very acommodating in meeting our requirement. The rooms we have stayed in at Royale Chulan have been spacious, comfortable and clean.... More

When we arrived we were happy they gave us an upgrade. We are repeated guests. We booked direct to the hotel under promotion. So there is suppose to be some inclusions like welcome gift & newspapers. But these were not given and i did not bother to ask them either. All was good and next day bfast too. About 1pm... More

After a long day and taking two flight We arrived at the hotel last night just before midnight, Upon arrival we like the design of hotel it's huge and classy Bell boy was at door to take care of our luggage thanks to them. I stayed 4 nights in the hotel, and it was a dream! Absolutely wonderful! A beautiful building with friendy and helpful staff. The room I was in was a huge size, and the bathroom was so big, I think I could have spent all my time in there. All of the toiletries provided are great, and very useful. The amenities... More

I visited Kuala Lumpur this past August of 2016. This was my first time staying at the Royale Chulan in Kuala Lumpur. When my ride drove up to the hotel I was amazed at the old world Architecture and the lobby is something out of a movie. The bell staff was impeccable and one member of the bell staff I... More

Don't forget to ask the person on check-in desk if you room is not next to elevators, has bathtub as promised and clean enough to enter. For four days room service maid has visited me only on second day (5-stars hotel, by the way). It took her two visits to see and remove the spots from the glass door of... More

Hotel is in a good location and getting here was easy. It is within walking distance to Bukit Bintang's shopping and nightlife, which is convenient. Hotel itself looks decent but somehow not quite in the standard of the plushy decors of many five starred hotels in this area. Breakfast buffet was standard fare for local hotels. But that's where the... More

When we arrived we realised that the APEC convention had also been booked at this hotel. That should have warned us of the luxury to come, as it was obviously good enough for heads of state. The foyer is grand and cavernous, with multiple crystal chandeliers, twin curved staircases, and a seating area where a string quartet plays each evening.... More

From the outside and walking into reception you would think this is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately it's not! My room was an adequate size. Mostly due to the large bathroom. The kitchenette took up space, I had no idea why there was one. The floor in the kitchen was covered in absolute filth. I was pretty sure that it hadn't... More
