Second visit to RuMa. First time i was already blown away by the location, amenities, the room as well as the staff. This time was not any different. Room is as clean and comfy as ever. A very pleasant stay. There is one particular incident that i think i need to share, my friend came to visit in the morning and we had breakfast together. My friend spotted a little worm (dead) in one of the cooked veges. It wasnt a huge issue and we just wanted to highlight and give feedback to the team. The ATAS team handled it so well that it surprised us. The managers came to apologise despite us reassuring it was no bigdeal and gave us a small complimentary gift. We were absolutely blown away by the way it was handled. Their entire team, from the reception, front counter, room service and the restaurants, all are very professional courteous and excellent. …

We booked for a Deluxe King room, got upgraded. True to what other reviewers wrote, this hotel is simply beautiful, well maintained, extremely resort feel .... we completely feel relax and rejuvenated once we alighted at the hotel entrance. My husband and I love the room, the clever play with lightings, finishings, balanced wood and marble elements made the room very cozy and welcoming, it felt like HOME:) The only "downside" is the buffet breakfast spread & quality, if we compares it with MO Mosaic which we would rate 10/10, ATAS would be 7/10. We actually skipped the buffet breakfast at ATAS and walk to MO for a nice buffet lunch! We will revisit Ruma for the beautiful room and personable service, not the food;)

All their staffs were very warm and welcoming. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast food met expectation. Facilities well maintained. Their interior design of the hotel makes you feel relaxed. Was actually considering hilton or this hotel before as its considered more well known. Well I definitely made the right choice choosing Ruma. WIll surely recommend to my friends.

Everything bout the hotel was excellent - from the moment we checked in till we checked out. We simply love the suite, especially with the Twin Towers view. Had such a good stay that we will be returning.

Great Location, few minutes away to KLCC and Pavillion KL Visited few times, the service maintain well. If the hotel could arrange something different on every visit that would be great. During each of my stat with the property I was requesting the ironing board to be place to the room, I would be enlighten if my next visit the ironing board is ready there for me to use it.

Outstanding decor. Unique visual aesthetics. Superb lighting. Great staff sensibility. Very efficient response. I was made to feel at home as promised by the brand. Truly different from other 5-star brands. It is lux but not over the top.
