My wife and I have just checked into the Urban studio on the 12th floor on the 13th Jan 2023. I have several nights of restless and interrupted sleep. The soundproof of the room is so poor that you can hear the traffic below with cars honking and motorcycles ramming their exhaust engines .When it rains, you can hear the water hitting the glass window and the metal horizontal plates outside the windows. The bed is in the worst condition.I literally wake up with back pain daily.The bed is old and it sags and I believe the springs of the bed has worn out I used to stay at Pavillion Hotel for majority of my trips to KL but I have decided enough is enough. I will look for a better hotel to stay during my next trip.

Our experience at Pavilion Hotel KL was excellent to say the least… From the pre-event planning, to the wedding weekend hospitality, and the actual event itself, the staff were more than attentive and the vibe was at a level of luxury that exceeded our expectations. The food served was hot and delicious, just like the food tasting and received many compliments from guests! The rooms were filled with treats and bridal suite with decorations that made us feel extra special. The bride and groom even got a little gift from the hotel upon checkout! All of this would not have been possible without the excellent service from the fabulous team at Pavilion Hotel KL! Christina was an absolute gem! Efficient, accommodating and always on the ball. The whole process from booking to planning and execution was done meticulously by Christina and her team, and it made us feel very safe, secure and confident. Ukasyah, Nazrin and Azizi were also very hands on and attended to us 24/7 during the week leading up to our event, the night before, the morning of. They looked at every detail for us to ensure an event that exceeded our standards. Not forgetting Chef Akhbar and Chef Khori who ensured the food tasted even better than the food tasting session! Stayed there for 3 days 2 nights, the best hotel I stayed ever, service is tip top had a pleasant stay everything was perfect from the room , breakfast and all the staff was top notch, especially the bellman Yusrizal always giving us tips and guide maneuvering around KL , definitely will come back to this hotel for sure

Loved our experience at Pavilion Hotel KL. We booked a Club Room and the hotel more than lived up to our expectations. The room was large and clean, and proved sufficient to our needs. The counter staff were friendly and helpful whenever the need arises. In terms of location, really had no complaints. Pavilion Mall was literally an elevator ride away whilst KLCC was connected by a covered elevated bridge. Only downside during our trip was the rather long time it took for the staff to sit us for breakfast.

We took a club room, and the hotel absolutely lived up to our expectations, any issues were rectified immediately and the staff were extremely attentive. A special shout out to Asma-Assy, who went above and beyond for us, together with Roshidi the club manager for whom nothing was too much trouble and Natasha the club host, who was absolutely attentive to all our needs. We stayed for a weekend all was well until we entered the room, it was like walking into a freezer I have never been in such a cold room and really shocked that none of the staff had noticed when cleaning the room. We asked for someone to come and fix they looked at it and said was on the wrong settings and left. We could not stay in the room so went for a walk (despite me coming off night shift and just sleeping for 3 hours on a flight), we came back 4 hours later in the evening hoping the room was better but no it was the same, we called to complain again told them to fix the next day as to tired just switched the aircon off and added extra blankets whilst the room. The next day and engineer came and worked to fix properly however not trusting the Aircon we did not use for the next 2 nights. Breakfast, mostly good but like the original Aircon engineer a lack of care and attention not customer orientated and clearly in need of training, starting with the management. There was no Splender/sweetener on the table so i asked one of the waiting staff for some, her response was "No stock" and just walked away. I walked over to some empty tables and got some for myself !! The cheese was Mouldy, I pointed this out to staff who removed it, the next day the same cheese was back in place ... really !! I am an Accor member and stay in their hotels which are generally very good, the only other one that was this poor was the Banyan Tree in Bangkok, must be something with this brand, wont be staying at a Banyan Tree again. …

We had our wedding reception at Pavilion Hotel KL, and had a great experience from start to finish. Christina, our point of contact for our wedding reception was professional, friendly, proactive and supportive throughout the whole process up until the wedding reception day. On the day, the banquet & AV team was well prepared and trained to execute. I would highly recommend this hotel as a venue to have wedding receptions!
