This is a quiet, clean and comfortable hostel in a really good location - minutes walk from the nightlife of Bukit Bintang. There isn't much of an atmosphere and it's very quiet, but the wifi was reliable and the breakfast was good. However, there was only one bathroom for the entire floor which resulted in long waiting times.

The location of the property is excellent. Within walking distance to a little market where I can get all of my essentials. Also within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I was also able to walk to the Petronas towers from the property which was about a nice 25 minute walk. The breakfast provided was not what I consider...

The hotel one good thing about this hotel is the cleanliness and the free continental breakfast, meaning very basic things like toast and coffee which is fine. I was fully hoping to find any reason to at least give them 4 stars, but I can't possibly give them that, after finding many things, small and easy to fix but they...

We've stayed at Rainforest a few times, it's a good flashpacking option. It's a few minutes walk from the main drag of Bukit Bintang, so well located for bars, street food and large air-conditioned shopping malls, depending on which of those takes your fancy! It's convenient for the airport (about 1.5hrs on KLIA Express and monorail) and for getting around...

Small room with a double bed, no windows but very good AC. Safe, Tv, ensuite, warm shower, can't complain as good for the price we paid. Toast and cereal on offer for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a great budget hotel. The room was clean and came with aircon, towels, soap, sheets and hot water. The location is the best part, right near bars, excellent food on Jln Alor, 15 minutes walk to the Petronas towers, and a 5 minute walk to the monorail.

I have returned to " rainforest" 3 years in a row and it has always been a great, Central & cheap b&b to stay in KL . This time however was disturbing as there has been a massive increase in the amount of nightclubs constructed around the hotel. I had very little sleep at all. The noise increased around 2am...

We stayed for 2 nights as 2 friends in a double bed. The room was very tidy with a spacious bathroom, but a less spacious bedroom area. Sharing a bed with a friend where there is only one side to get out of the bed is a bit annoying. The hostel is in a great location for all transport links...

A fairly basic hostel but quite nice. Clean, friendly staff and fairly quiet. Really close to Changkat Bukit Bintang street where a lot of the bars and night life are and also really close to Jalan Alor street food markets which are well worth a visit. I'd say for what you pay it is worth it and is a good...
