I can see the appeal of this place as it's cheap and not too far from the city. If you're literally just looking for somewhere to sleep, then it's a good option. So I actually clicked on this hotel accidentally, but figured I'd go with it, as reviews were decent. However, Ive not enjoyed my night here and am writing...

In the heart of Chinatown, close to bus station and Pasar Seni MRT. Full of restaurants, shops, and minimarket nearby. 2 mins walk from Petaling Street. I stayed in a single room, the room and bathroom was quite small but ok for a solo traveller. The quality of sleeping was average, i found some customers from China very noisy. The...

Excellent find as it is hard to get a family room for 5. Looks like the rooms have been refurbished recently, clean and neat. Handy location to Chinatown. Also close to bus station and McDonalds...less then 5 minutes walk. To Masjid Jamek train station less then 10 minutes. Would recommend.

Nan Yeang is a budget hotel for a budget price . Great location in Chinatown 5minutes walk to Puderaya bus station and a little further to the LRT station(then 1 stop to KL Sentral) 30 minutes to Petronas towers. The room was small , but had a balcony( lower rooms have no windows) was cleaned every day, and everything worked ....

We checked into Nan yeang in the morning (7am) as we had booked from the previous night. It was a room for 5pax and quite spacious. The front desk staff was lovely enough to give us a late check out as we could not check in to our other hotel until 3. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Ms. Lou at...

If you have a certain kind of expectation, you might very likely be disappointed by this place. However, if you compare it to what else you can get for 20 usd in Kuala Lumpur, then it is a really good deal. Rooms come with Aircon, Hot Water, Windows, some have balcony. Its quiet and safe. There is a elevator. Rooms...

I would not say this is a family hotel. Room acceptable with ok shower TV , air-con Noisy street outside as it's in the heart of the food hawker area. Note: No thrills with prostitutes/women of the night loitering after midnight. A Receptionist did try to stop this woman following guests into the lift but still it is distasteful for...

Stayed for about six nights in this hotel, it offered everything we needed; hot shower, comfy bed and as nice bonuses fast wifi and a television with some moviechannels on it. All rooms have windows so they're not as smelly as the windowless rooms you find dotted around Chinatown. We visited most of them before deciding snd we figured the...

Clean, clean clean. Compared to other joints: incredible great value for the price, balcony (very nice in the evenings), hot water shower, TILED wonderful floors, calm for the location, central, friendly staff, hot and cold water dispensers on all the floors, comfy. Food stalls in front of the hotel, all amenities nearby. Irt only 2 min walking distance. And so...
