For the money you pay, this hotel is really good value for money. I have stayed there on a number of occasions and have found it to be an ideal base for exploring KL. The hotel is located close to Masjid Jamek station and is a short walk from Puduraya Bus Station. There is hot water, air con, free wi-fi,...

Good location, close to China town and in the heart of Little India. We booked a room without window and to say the truth, I felt like in a box 2x2m, no even place for the luggage. The walls...uff...are they made from paper?! You can hear every single movement of any person passing by your room or from the neighbouring...

They have an excellent photographer. Shots of the rooms make them look very swish but like photos at fast food joints, the reality is somewhat disappointing. In all fairness, the AC worked, the hot water worked, the sheets were (reasonably) clean, but the rooms had such a depressing air about them, I changed hotels the next day. The guy at...

We booked online via asiarooms but when we got there they said our room wasn't available so we would have to pay extra for an upgraded room. When we pointed out that this was their mistake so should receive the upgrade at the agreed price, as is done in all good hotels, they refused to back down. We eventually managed...

We stayed here for almost a week in Sep 2011. The location was great... could walk to almost everywhere and it is close to the bus station and public transit. It is, however, on a confusing triangular block and so it is easy to get lost (fortunately it is painted a garish red colour!). The place was clean, quiet, with...

Very unhelpful staff Dirty, dark and tiny rooms Shower didn't even work properly, A/C broke in the middle of the night and then they tried to over-charge us. Not good value for money either Definitely not worth the hassle - stay somewhere else!

I booked this hotel through asiaweb.com and paid half the money on line as a deposit. We arrived late after a long day of travelling, at the Chill Inn to find that no room had actually been reserved for us and the hotel was full. We were told that they could do nothing about the fact that we had paid...

Chill Inn is conveniently located in the heart of KL. Walking distance from Central Market, Chinatown, Merdeka Square, St. John Cathedral and the Masjid Jamek station. There is a 7-11 nearby and lots of food establishments to choose from. The deluxe room is a bit small for 2 persons but is worth the price. The staff are nice and attentive....

To start with, the guys that worked there were SUPER nice. I had a problem with the bank card, my bank temporarily blocked it for withdrawels in Malaysia and we had absolutely no cash on us! The staff was fine with letting us off using Internet for free and not paying for the key deposit. And then there's this pecualir...
